This has to be the worst lap top money can buy. They look nice at best. This the second one im on now. I purchased a new one after my 1st one fell out of a locker. I only found out this happened after the laptop started glitching. So i figured id buy a new one and continue to give it a chance. Ive babied this lap top and its never even left my house, and let me say its just as problematic as the first one. The touch screen is extremely finicky, the mouse disappears quite often and can only be rememdied by closing and opening the lap top back up, it constantly drops the internet connection everytime it falls asleep. And for now some strange reason, the bottom cover has started to pop out of place and is very difficult to push back in. All this in just over a year of ownership, and now im randomly getting a blue screen of death. I hardly use the lap top aside from djing, this just isnt right. I swear ill never buy another samsung product again

I love how fast and slick it looks. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop. Samsung is very dependable.

This is a phenomenal laptop for me so far. The only negative so far has been the thin screen being easy to crack. Recommend getting the extended warranty in case. I would still highly recommend this laptop as long as you don't plan on it being tossed around too much. feature
