Poor battery life!

Absolutely loved it but the battery life lasted right at a year mark and then I cant take it in to get fixed. I Have to send it off to Samsung and its my work laptop. I've had reused latops that battery life lasted me many years. Such an inconvenience. Samsung need to really rethink the internal battery. Big sigh!!

Awesome laptop

I am Microsoft Certified and this little beauty is AWESOME. It has no problem with graphics and it allows you to use either password or biometric entry. I was trying to choose between this one and an HP or MAC. This computer WON, hands down. This computer is also a flip/tablet mode laptop. The pen that comes with it is magnetic too.

Expected Better From Samsung

The outer case was a fingerprint magnet, the speaker sound quality was poor, and the CPU seemed to run hot all the time. On the plus side, the display was beautiful, but not enough to make up for the above shortfalls. I returned it after a couple days.
