For how expensive the laptop is you would expect the quality of the thing to be better but when I pick it up from the corner it makes all these creaking noises like it's about to fall apart or something or the parts don't fit together properly. The magnets to mount the S pen are in the worst place possible in the laptop and the button on the S pen is also unfortunately placed. They both just get in the way and are very inconvenient. I personally don't like how I can see underneath the keys. I've tried typing on the mac pro and typing feels way better on it than this laptop. Plus the mac pro is way less susceptible to crumbs getting under the keys because it's basically flush with the hole.

We helped our recent high school grad buy this computer as she prepares to go off to college. It is a little much for writing papers, but we wanted to make sure this will be the only computer she'll need to get through college and grad school. It's an amazing piece of hardware, it has everything she needs to be successful as well as enjoy some downtime if she can find it.

So far it is a very good laptop. Fast, easy, reliable. I would recommend it.

What an wonderful screen and the notebook feature is just what I needed

It's been four months since I purchased this Laptop and honestly it has lived up to its promise. I am more biased on Samsung products but if you have a galaxy phone, this make transferring files extremely smooth. I rarely use the smart pen, but it is sometimes helpful when I'm browsing at night, and I didn't feel like typing.
