Good computer

I like that when you turn on the computer it is ready to operate immediately! We use it for the basics therefore, I can't advise at this point regarding all the "bells & whistles" this computer can perform. However, we have an online business that we primarily use this for and it gets the job done.

Poor quality, screen cracks easily

Only 1.5 years old and won't turn on due to screen cracking which is very poorly built. Search the web and you'll find other reports of this cheaply made screen breaking even when well cared for. Only solution for my laptop to function was to disconnect the screen by opening back panel and then plugging into external monitor. Screen replacement repair cost more than this hunk of junk is worth. For reference we own samsung phones, TVs, appliances, and even a 11 year old laptop that still works fine. Had high hopes for this laptop and was completely let down by the poor quality.
