Overall very happy with this unit. EXCEPT the computer was very frustrating trying to change my default browser to Google. Am still having problems that Google drops out in the middle of a process. Samsung should NOT allow Microsoft to frustrate customers with the computer.

Light-weight, great specs, and works great with every high power app that I use including deejay and broadcast software. Only downside is no regular-size USB 3.0, or maybe add one additional usb-c port. Other than that, LOVE IT! Also love the additional micro-sd storage slot.

Service was excellent except for your phone department. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to get connected to the Prescott, AZ store. How can your company tolerate that level of incompetence in the phone department? Once I got past that everything was excellent.

Love this laptop. Works seamlessely on all my Samsung devices. I have no problem with the brightnes of the screen as some reviews have indicated. The employees at Best Buy are the "BEST". Knowledge an service are what is always achieved when we shop there.

Bought this as an open box. Item was in very good condition with a few small scratches or smudges. It was missing the stylus so called Best Buy and they could not provide one so gave me an additional credit but not equal to the $ of a stylus

I love all the features this product has to offer. I bought it for a school lap top and was pleasantly surprised to see you can turn it into a tablet and wrote and take notes on it. Couldn’t ask for a better buy and well built product.

Great laptop and it really did have some solid capabilities, BUT, you can't disable the trackpad and even when you turn the sensitivity down to its lowest setting, even a shadow across the pad changed everything. So I gave it to my son who enjoys a challenge .. hehheh.

The sales associate gave us information to compare the laptops the grandson was interested in. He gave pros and cons without pressuring us towards any particular device. I appreciated his knowledge and assistance that helped us make an informed decision on our puchase.

Having a laptop was all new to me. But unfortunately I happened to be going downstairs and I dropped it and it couldn't be fixed... So I got me a desktop that only had the screen and keyboard. Hp is the kind, I'm not to savvy on the big names, but I love it!!!

I had done a little research on this computer but still had many questions to see if it was what I was needing for my business. The employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had. I have been VERY happy with my purchase!!!!

Don't regret a single penny! Very good jack of all trades! Plays games like overwatch and Bayonetta surprisingly well at a fairly consistent frame rate! Don't expect it to run Apex very well though. Make sure to get a laptop power bank along with it.

Very good laptop. If you hace problems with the screen, then it should be microsoft driver. Uninstal the microsoft driver off your graphic card driver and install samsung using samsung update

Great computer. I love the fact that Samsung said: apple’s design is so cute that I have to steal it. Only complaint is that it lacks USB port, hdmi port, etc. Why are mega corporations making us buy these things that were previously included on the computers.

I purchased this laptop in November 2021 ...Now in January 2022....long story short it stopped charging and will no longer turn on. Samsung was unable to help and told me to contact BestBuy since that's where I purchased it from... currently i am awaiting my Queek Sqaud appointment ... BIG DISAPOINTMENT! Hopefully they are of help, and i dont have to come out of pocket for it! other then that the 2 other times I've used it I can say I loved the laptop.

It is exactly what my wife was looking for to remote work. Efficient to log in. Stylus helps her with PDF mark ups. Quick start up. Easily set up with home and office Wi-Fi. For now it was a great purchase for us at a great Black Friday deal

Amazing computer for every day activities the tablet version of it is actually when you don’t wanna use the keyboard and everything else is also outstanding. Great features. Love it !!

it's not bad but it's not great either, sometimes the laptop freezes up every now and then and I have no clue on how to turn on virtualization in bios setting due to the settings being so different, but everything has been great so far.

Extremely happy with purchase so far. Sync's with my other Samsung devices. The ONLY thing I do not like is the fact that the only connections are USB-C, requiring me to either upgrade my accessories or purchase and carry around an adapter.

Great for online school students. Works like a champ. Its impressively light and works great if you have a samsung phone or table. I have to say, it looks like samsung took a page out of Apple's play book but its awesome. The 8 hour battery life is true.

Great slim durable quality 3 in one laptop. We bought 3 while they were on sale a 1/3 off. Everyone loves them. My wife uses for school. Not great for gaming. It is a fingerprint magnet with the material they use on it.
