As a Mac user I am highly impressed with the Galaxy UI and overall operating system! So smooth and seamless - It's exactly what I was hoping for when keeping in mind what I'd be using the computer for.

I ordered one and the battery had a defect. I read a few reviews with similar problems, but maybe those were just the one in a million type of thing. I got it replaced and it works very well so far.

Even though I gave this 4 stars, I really want to give it 4.5 stars. Skip to the conclusion if you want to know why. Packaging The laptop was packaged very well in a nice, slim box. It was delivered with no issues, damage, or scuff marks. The laptop itself was sleek, very thin, and just looked really nice overall. Resolution and Hardware The screen is a standard 15.6” and full HD (1920 x 1080). When I first turned on the laptop, I was legitimately shocked at the screen quality. It displays even vibrant colors very well. You can turn the laptop into a tablet, which makes this even better. Videos are crystal clear, art is vivid, and photos are beautifully displayed. If screen quality is a big sticking point for you, this is easily one of the highlights of the laptop and definitely won’t let you down. Performance The laptop works great and runs really well. I have a Samsung phone and Galaxy Buds. It was very easy to sync all of my devices, which work seamlessly with each other. The laptop has a core i7 processor with 8GB of RAM and 1T of memory; meaning not only does it run fast but it won’t get bogged down with too much memory anytime soon. I don’t use this laptop for anything too heavy, mainly to create documents, excel sheets, and slideshows for work; minor video editing; and general internet browsing. I use it for 2-4 hours a night and usually don’t have to charge it for a few days. I tried using it once by watching movies and videos non-stop until the battery died, and I got about 12.5 hours of battery life out of it. It’ll most likely last longer if you do less activity on it. The keyboard and touchpad work well. One thing about the touchpad is that it has the standard feature where you can double-tap to click on something instead of pressing down on the bottom-left side of the touchpad to left-click on the screen. If you’re not paying attention and do this too low on the touchpad, it’ll register it as a left- or right-click which can be annoying at times. Sound This is one of my biggest criticisms of the laptop. The sound quality is good, but it’s not very loud. I tried playing a video while I was doing the dishes and I could barely hear it above the running water even when on max volume. If sound is something important to you, just know you’ll want to get some external speakers. Features Two big draws of the laptop are its touchscreen capabilities, the fact that it can fold and become a tablet, and the pen. I had a laptop that could become a tablet a few years ago, so I’m familiar with the feature and had something to compare it to. I think this laptop does a better job of smoothly transitioning between the two modes. You can put it in tablet mode even while using it as a laptop with the keyboard. Touchscreen capabilities can be used in either mode and works well in either. The pen is also a nice feature, one I wasn’t used to. I haven’t needed to use it much, but did try out some of it’s functions. It actually made me want to find reasons to use the pen, such as drawing apps. However, know that there isn’t a place on the laptop to put the pen and it doesn’t come with a separate holder or case. If you’re worried about losing it, I’d recommend getting a holder or case for yourself. Conclusion This is a great laptop, definitely the nicest one I’ve owned so far. I really wanted to give this the full 5 stars, but I couldn’t for two reasons. First is the pen. It’s a great addition, but it would’ve been nice if there was a place it could fit snuggly in/on the laptop. Second is the volume level. It’s not terrible, but I expected more power without needing external speakers. This was a bit disappointing especially when sound is an important aspect to me. These are fairly small criticisms compared to the many great things to say about this device, but at this price point I can’t overlook them. Even so, I would still highly recommend this product.

It's pretty much exactly what I needed for personal use, minus the camera and mic being a little low quality. It's not an issue... yet. Still getting used to all the settings and tools.

Love, love, love my new computer!! Love the color!! Would give 5 stars if Windows Hello Face worked. Gonna see if Geek Squad can help or if this particular computer just doesn't allow it to work.

Very satisfied with this computer. Has so many functions. I swear i keep finding new things daily. Worth the money. I use it as my main cybersecurity work machine.

It’s good laptop but it’s expensive they should bring it’s cover to save it’s hard to find any proper fit protective cover for 15.6 screen laptop

Specs on the laptop are great. Runs fast and smooth. The only issue is I have a small crack in the screen. I would have though Samsung would have made a better backing for the screen. I've had this laptop for 2 weeks.

Does everything I need to it so far. I did already accidentally ding the topn wasnt a hard hut but tapped it on something when picking it up so be a smidge careful around metal objects.

Absolutely phenomenal computer. The processing speed is amazing for such a light small computer. And the graphics are absolutely off the charge with all my medical apps

The S-Pen is the best feature of this device. It works very well and receives its power directly form the computer by induction. There is no chance it will not be charged when needed

LOVE my new laptop. However when purchased it told me it would be ready for pick up same day and within an hour but it took them 5 and a half hours with no sense of urgency

will be setting this up over the holidays for my daughter. We have another one purchased 6 months ago for my other daughter that is awesome. highly recommend this laptop.

fingerprint feature is great Display - adjusting brightness a pain that you must go into settings deeply its time consuming Pen doest requirw charging which is awesome

Love this laptop...but it takes a bit of a learning experience because it runs on the new Windows 11, which is a different experience from previous versions of Windows.

So far seems to be a decent laptop only complaints i have about it is hinges seem flimsy and sound quality isn’t that great. But this is a much better quality than the ho envey laptop

Overall great notebook with good specs. Only thing that would make it better imo is if it it came with some USB A ports. I knew when buying it didn't though so just buyers beware.
