Got this computer 3 months ago and is working great. I like the quick boot up when you open the computer.

Purchased this for my grandson and he loves it. Perfect for what all he needs - school, games and surfing the web

Love this and tried to get my husband to switch from his Mac. Handles all of my needs and has awesome syncing with my other devices

So far so good. To be honest I haven't used it much yet but for what I need it for it appears to fit the bill. I will update once I've gotten some real run time with it.

This is a very good system. Quality hardware and software. My only complaint is the webcam. Very poor quality for a computer this nice.

Attempted to buy this to replace an older surface laptop. Still in the abusing my old surface laptop. This computer started to give me issues with its refresh rate and lettering intermittently become really fuzzy. It was worse in tableqt mode. Exchanged for HP spectre. I love Samsung but after my experience with their appliances and now computers, they should stick to phones.

The bootom line is the glass on the screen is extremly flimsy and cracked when while the lid was closed and I was transporting this item in my backpack to work. I bought this item in November. I did not get the insurance because I am careful with the products I purchase. About a month ago, I was using it and the screen froze and went black with green lines at the top. Then last week. I closed the laptop, placed it in my backpack and took it to work. When I arrived, I realized that the screen had a hairline crack from left to right. I was not rough with the product and I never have had issues with laptop damage before. This occured on Monday the 24th, If it would have occured 8 days earlier, I could have returned the item. Samsung stated that I needed to ship the item to a repair center and pay for the repairs once they were complete. I wasnot even allowed to know how much these repairs would cost. I attempted to take the item to Geek squad and was told that they would not even look at it due to it not being under their underwarranty.

Ticks all the right boxes. Had compared Surface, Yoga and iPad pro, but this came in significantly cheaper ($999 on sale) and I"m very happy with it.

Needed a Laptop for my nephew for his day to day school work. for the price it has a good combination of latest processor, memory and hard drive.

Still too new to properly rate the computer, but all well so far. Most BB employees were great, a couple of surly ones kept this from being a 5

Outstanding laptop and Win 11 is tremendous. No usb, so you need a dongle. Connects to my S22 Ultra, Sammy earbuds and Galaxy tabet

Very nice machine. Purchased by way of Consumer Reports recommendation. Only time will tell on the longevity of the computer, but so far it's amazing.

Wow! I’m not easily impressed, but I am with Samsung's new Galaxy Book Pro 360. However, I'm trying not to gush and use the worn out cliché, "I wish I could give it 6 stars!" It would be true and well deserved in this case, but I'm not going to say it. First, you must know that I’m a desktop guy and never have been a huge fan of laptops, mostly because of 30+ years of less than great touchpads. However, the touchpad on this new Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 is a dream to use. I’ve never used anything like it and the sensation is hard to describe. The touch required is so light and the accuracy is simply phenomenal. This laptop is also thin and lightweight. Back in the early ‘90s, my first work laptop weighed 14 pounds. This Galaxy Book Pro 360 weighs exactly 3 pounds and it is very, very thin. It tapers from just under 1/2“ at the back edge to less than 1/4“ at the front edge. And that includes the display and the keyboard! That’s tablet thin. I love the AMOLED display. Such deep, perfect blacks, yet vibrant colors. The graphics processor is very fast and the touchscreen is as wonderful to use as is the touchpad. Speaking of fast, this laptop may be the fastest device I’ve ever used. A lot of that speed comes from the fact that it has an M.2, PCIe 3.0, 1 TB SSD. I don’t think there’s anything faster on the market right now than M.2 PCIe drives. With this laptop you’ll be leaving the old USB world behind and entering completely into the USB-C and Thunderbolt 4 world. And what a welcome transition that is. I’m looking forward to it, because I’m sick of all the dozens and dozens of older USB cables we have lying around. Great that an S-Pen was included with the laptop. And it is listed in the Quick Start Guide as being one of the four basic items included. But that was it. The S-Pen is never mentioned again in the documentation. All I can tell you right now is that it has a button on the side and the pen tip causes a white dot to appear onscreen when it’s within about 1/4“ of the surface. The S-Pen is very accurate, very steady, and works as smooth as the touchscreen and the touchpad. That will be my next task, learning all about the capabilities of the S-Pen when paired with the Galaxy Book Pro 360. This Galaxy Book Pro 360 laptop has been overwhelming received by my family and is a welcome replacement for the 11 year old tank of a laptop that has served us well, but needs to be retired. I can find nothing negative about this new Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 and can highly recommend it to others. It will be money well spent.
