I aldo do not understand why keyboard is jammed toward upper half toward screen? When i type i keep hitting the touchscreen causing a jump to a different screen.

Screen cracked on its own

The laptop was just sitting still. In the evening there was no crack; in the morning the crack is there. Please do your research online, this is a very common problem with this laptop. I bought two of these on black Friday, waiting for the same to happen to the one I gave to my parents. If you do buy this laptop make sure you purchase squad geek protection for it (though i'm not sure whether they would cover such issues), because I wish I did. I have yet to figure out how to approach this... Even if I have it repaired now it's very likely the screen will crack again.

Terrible packaging but good laptop

Also had a sticker on the top of the laptop that I had to peel off. Other than that the actual laptop works like a dream.

It came damage and BestBuy wont exchange it

Like if there was a rock inside it or a screw...I contacted BestBuy via chat explaining the situation and they said the computer had 3 days out of the return warranty timeframe so I could not exchange it or return it. Now I have a $1450 computer as a garbage. I will never buy Samsung neither something from BestBuy again...what a disappointment.

"You can take it out to your car and open it and if you don't like it bring it back for a refund."
