This is a fast machine with tons of storage and zips through my tasks with ease. However, it is seriously flawed as its impossible to change critical settings such as behavior of the FN keys. Customer service will not help despite repeated requests over weeks and weeks. Samsung has a way to go before they reach the top echelon. I am considering returning this and getting a Dell instead. Buyer beware.

It has a design flaw in my opinion. The speakers are in the wrong location and makes it more prone to malfunction. Speakers are at the bottom of the laptop.

The computer is great but inhave been haing troubke with the camera on the computer. This is such a pain because has a college student i depend alot on my computer.

This would be a great computer for anyone not doing a lot of extreme multitasking, but for me with all the endless research and writing I do it just could not keep up.

I use this laptop for work and school. It is super lightweight and durable, has a really good battery life, and quality pods play resolution.

I do not enjoy this laptop. At first it seemed to be perfect for my school work but it definitely is a headache to use. I wanted to return it and try for another type of laptop but unfortunately I can not. I am not amused that I have to keep an item that does not fit my needs. The computer keeps its charge very well but the system itself ad not good for the programs I used.

I have purchased 2 of these. It runs cool and is fast. BUT, after 6 weeks of ownership and very gentle treatment, it broke. It appears to be very fragile.

Nice Sleek design but the main issue is the speakers are at the bottom and you could hear the sound properly

This laptop performed great until ît guest failed to turn on. Unfortunately i am out of town with no access to my needed info or any way to retrieve it... no power at all.... and this is apparently happening to many others too with no viable recommendations from Samsung other than have it serviced. Bad bad situation. Makes me question my loyalty and reliance to Samsung products.

Nice idea but screen resolution too low for being sharp and colors looks too unnatural! Really wanted to like the laptop

Bluetooth keeps dropping for mouse and earbuds. There seems to be some sort of issue with bluetooth driver and with every update, the earbuds goes in and out- the laptop drops connection and reconnect constantly and the right and left earbuds are not in sync. I have two pairs of ear buds (both samsung brand) that works perfectly with galaxy phone, tablet and other brand laptops but just not with this device. I have contacted Samsung about this but they did not provide any help and recommended that I test it out with a 3rd pair of ear buds which did not resolve the issue. I sent the laptop in for repair as well but they returned it saying nothing was wrong. The bluetooth dropping issue came back after the laptop was looked at. I think there is an issue with Samsung update app that comes with the laptop. The laptop drops connection with the mouse as well for a few sec every few min which makes it really annoying to work on anything. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Samsung brand laptop. I gave it a 2nd chance after the 1st one which ended up being a lemon as well and I'll be switching to another brand.

I returned this laptop after a week as it would not turn back on after charging. Prior to that I really liked it but I assume there was a material defect that caused the issue. I returned the laptop and bought another brand.

This lop top, maybe is good for specific project, I Don have good experience

Got a lot of power in it. Can't do virtualization like run vmware workstation. My pc crashes all the time.

Extremely disappointed in this laptop because I needed a laptop NOW (work one was stolen) but upon startup found that it claims I have an invalid Windows key. It says I have Windows 10 Enterprise when this is supposed to come with Windows 10 Home. After going through all of the system updates and fixes, I hoped something would change and it did not. I reset the laptop to factory and still had the same problem. BustBuy customer service support on the phone was not helpful and wants to schedule me for an appointment 5 days out and I do not have an option to just return this to the store in exchange for another one. Additionally, the brand new charger and cable supplied has some sort of damage because the computer says a "slow charger" is connected and needs attention.

Was not too impressed..thought it would be better considering the price

Flimsy body. Fast processor. Touch screen too sensitive to do any intense editing. It did not want to run Cricut Design and Photoshop at the same time.

Right out of the box, AMOLED screen started flickering. Type gets blurry, then screen blinks on and off when using touchscreen. Support instructions indicate its a software issue. Tried changing screen settings but same flickering/blurriness. Huh- right out of the box? I'm not messing with this, back to Best Buy it's going.

So, I've had this for several days. Chrome browser freezes constantly on this and you have to do a hard shut down. I took Chrome off and used Edge Browser and it did better for a bit. Just finished updating it completely and making sure McAfee was up to date in all. I started working on it, and Edge Browser has frozen twice on me. I spent too much on this thing for it to keep doing this. If you do hard shutdowns, you will risk corrupting files. So, I am returning it. I dont know if it's Windows 11, because this is my first Windows 11 OS...or if it's a problem with some corrupt something or other in it. But I'm getting my money back and buying a different one. I really wanted it to work.

I purchase this Laptop at Best Buy Humble. Upon returning to the UK on the 27th, excited to try my new Laptop I notice there wasn't no sound coming from the right side speaker. After bearly 2 weeks my Laptop had to be returned for repair at Samsung. So I'm not impressed.
