Nope. Don’t do it. I bought this computer for my husband and then recommended it to my father. Both had repeated issues with not being able to turn the computer on and not being able to connect to the internet. The Wi-Fi drivers simply disappear and you are left to figure out how to directly connect to internet and download them again. My father returned his for a Dell and we are thinking of returning ours as well. Computers were both under a year old.

It has a serious design issue: it's cover is too thin, so it cracks out of normal use. Try searching in Google and you'll see a LOT of people with the same problem. Samsung blames the customer for physical damages, so you have to pay for the repair (about $500). Mine cracked after 6 weeks. Avoid headaches, go for any other laptop, not this one (nor any oher from Samsung).

So far I have used this 5 xs and this is my 3rd time returning it for service. 1x was because total tech remote in and they put some software in it and had to bring it to the store to be told don’t ever allow their employees to remote on the phone. 2no time it wasn’t charging brought it to the store and they unplugged and replugged I. The battery and said “it works” they charged it fully that was Nov 1st. It’s now Dec 6th and I couldn’t charge it again after battery has gone down and it doesn’t charge again! If you want to waste your time with service for 2-3 week window of time sending it in then go ahead and risk it. Lastly the touch pad is so wide I have to keep it off to type anything or it selects things randomly.

First one was crap so returned for another one and no problems

This laptop is extremely fragile. The screen cracked after 6 weeks of normal use at home. Not sure how it happened, i just opened it and there was a large crack accross the screen. The case feels very flimsy so my best guess is that the screen flexed enough while i opened it to cause it to crack. Cost of repair is almost what i paid for the laptop. I'll most likely try to sell it to recover some of the loss and will look for a better quality laptop.

The laptop is beautiful, but the quality doesn't follow the same standard. After a few weeks of use the lid just broke, make it impossible to close the laptop without having the risk of breaking the screen.

Three weeks into owning this computer the camera drivers disappeared. AN ENTIRE day on the phone and everybody was pointing the finger at everyone else. Samsung’s tech support is just HORRIBLE. $1400.00 invested and now it’s past the date to be able to return. I’m NOT a happy or satisfied customer. I’ve never had problems with computers like this and most certainly haven’t had an issue THIS soon after purchase. It really should have no stars. VERY DISSATISFIED.

When I went to the store, I told them I wanted to upgrade from my current $300 Dell Laptop. This computer was the one recommended to for as best for my business needs. None the less, my $300 Dell Laptop was so much better. This laptop constantly freezes, apps stop running, battery lasts 3/4 hours and it is very slow for the price and specs. Once in use for 2/3 hours, I can no longer open new apps such as Word or Email without restarting the laptop first. I would recommended that you absolutely do NOT buy this!

Samsung used to be a really good quailty product. Now, I will not buy from them. Their quality is low and the coverage from Best Buy is even worse. The mouse pad on this is so thin it cracked. Mind I dont use this part of the computer because its a touch screen. Brought it in for repair and the extra cover from best buy was a joke. Then after paying 1500.00 for it, they want to charge me another 800.00 to fix it. The computer screen jumps to the task bar without touching it.Recomend DO NOT BUY!

Have had the product for less than a week and doesn’t work. Screen is blank and wont turn on. Was also a bit slower than I expected when opening new programs or switching between items. Battery life also was less than expected.

This was a must buy according to the individuals working at the time of purchase. I have had nothing but issues. The charge cable went, go to Best Buy because I have total tech. Total tech emails later and says they do not have these parts and cannot ship. The computer is constantly have issues. Yet again I can’t get into the computer due to yet another issue. Do not recommend this computer.

This computer is more trouble than it is worth. It has taken us a full month to get it to work properly, from problems with home WIFi to the fact that it has NO USB PORTS and we had to buy a docking station so we can use a traditional mouse and other essential items. The set-up was NOT easy -- we had to call Geek Squad, who spent a full hour getting it set up. I wanted a Dell, but the tech guy in the computer section convinced me it was an easy laptop to use. NOT!

Within 5 months of ownership, the computer has already begun to freeze and the display jumps up and down from time to time. I wouldn't recommend it.

Terrible battery life. Also, computer goes black screen and are unable to restart it until the battery dies. Keeps doing this and nobody can find out what is wrong with it. Very unsatisfied with this purchase and of course I am out of the return period now that it is acting up. I advise to look at a different product.

battery and cable defect. open packet and fully charged, the next day, the battery show only 40 percent power left, it showed it wil need 5hour to be fully charged, as time past, it keeping drop the percentage to 15 percent as it is charging, the hour needed to fully charge will go to even longer. later the cable turn extremly hot, i have quickly taken from power, very scare.

I was looking into buying my first laptop for myself, so I started to look into it and found many options everything came down to what I wanted the computer for I wanted something that I could browse the web in, watch movies YouTube etc. and to be honest I found a lot of good options for a good price. Then I decided to wait for black Friday since it was around the corner and to my surprise saw the Galaxy Book Pro 360 on sale at my local best buy. Keep in mind I had already been looking into this specific laptop I started to play around with it in store and a few things got my attention the first one being the display the images and videos on the laptop look amazing which in my opinion should be something you want on a laptop you plan on using. The other thing I was impressed by is the thinness and weight of the laptop super thin and light perfect to carry around only downside to that is you have to be careful with it, but I had no problems with the build to this point. I also noticed you could fold the laptop to use as a tablet and I thought that was pretty cool but to be fair I don't use my laptop like a tablet the laptop also come with the S Pen that goes along the top of the computer quite nicely because of the built-in magnets to both the laptop and pen I also don't really use the pen but it's a cool little add on that comes with the laptop. I also liked the fact that this laptop had options on the processors and storage which obviously drives the price up or down depending on what you go with. I went the i7core and 1tb of storage so far, the laptop has giving me no problems at all the battery life is good nothing crazy. Basically, what I'm trying to say this computer is really nice from the looks to the way it performs if you need or what a computer to do some basic stuff like I mentioned from watching videos, web browsing and running some light games and you have some money to spend I really recommend this one for like a first computer. I had a family member who was also looking to buy their first computer they were thinking of going with one of the MacBook's then I mentioned the Galaxy Book Pro 360 to him we ended up buying the same computers the same day on Black Friday and we are both satisfied with our purchase. I really recommend this laptop if you have some money to spend either for yourself or as a gift.

Love this laptop! I'm a Galaxy user, so this was just a great add to all my other Samsung products! The processor is super fast, graphics are amazing! I would def recommend!
