Just by opening it up it has the possibility to crack. I didn't believe the other reviews until I received mine. After two days of use, maybe opened 10 times, it cracked. Buyer Beware!

Suddenly no display. Called customer service, they said they can’t do anything, because it is over a year. We paid over $1300, and it is not good it can’t survive long. Our Lenova is more than 3 years running great that we paid only $600.

After a little research this is not that an unusual issue. I have seen another review where a customer stated the screen cracked after 1 week of use. DO NOT BUY!!! Will see what kind of customer service Samsung offers.

I ran the troubleshooting and it states the Wi-Fi card inside is bad. Best Buy selling bad systems. This was purchased supposedly brand new. I will never purchase from them again!!!

I was picking up products for my brother who recently had a stoke and my sister in-law who is recovering from the flesh eating disease. He personally took their charmin and paper towels out of my cart and told me my charmin and paper towels were my limit! So I had to return to Spruce Pine 55 miles away short on charmin and paper towels.

Seemed like a good unit but had a hardware issue causing fine horizontal scan lines to pop up randomly, mostly when supported inthe back by a docking strip.

We’ve had MacBook and it is quite pricey and honestly this is more used friendly 10000% No lagging, battery life is descent, beautiful build, overall quite a good performance- especially being since I work from home and my kids play their games in it as well as YouTube and Netflix . What sucks is that there is No USB-A and HDMI ports and webcam isn’t the best but overall it’s top notch!

You can click the trackpad accidentally just by holding the laptop from the bottom (without touching the trackpad) or by using it on your lap.
