DOA. dead on arrival. traded for a dell g7 17. and after more shopping, i found other options that were better for less money.

Missing pen and charger. I ordered on-line and did curbside pickup. When i got home i realized my brand new laptop was only in a plastic grocery bag, NOTHING else was in the bag. Its missing the pen, charger, manual, warranty.

Paper thin keyboard keys are impossible to type on. It's worse than the Macbook Air keyboard. Typos are constant. Mousepad is crazy sensitive and so the curser on the screen is out of control,

Was not the product i purchased. I have been fighting with every best buy within 50 miles of my house to get a refund. Corporate has informed the stores to give me a refund. Yet none of them will do it.

Laptop is amazing! But, I bought an open box that wasn't that far off from normal price and it was missing the stylus pen. For this 2-1 tablet/laptop the stylus is a must

Computer cuts off brand new, and doesn’t turn back on. I don’t recommend this to anyone for that reason alone if they make a factory switch it may be possibly be complete.

The letter p on the keyboard fell off within a few days of purchase and I was not able to get it fixed or get the laptop replaced. So I ended up without a new laptop.

The laptop stop connecting to wifi also the problem with speaker not playing. I did not get the greek so was unable to return it after taking it to Barbados

I got it in 2021 I can say it has been one of the best purchases I have made. It is light and easy to navigate, and it connects with your phone (Samsung) pretty easy

Trash - screen broke almost immediately and a year later battery life is in the toilet. Would absolutely not recommend.

I love and use Galaxy phones but this computer is a dud. It may be Windows 11, the computer of both. I don't know.

This computer can handle anything office related, some light gaming on steam and class work. I bought this for school and work. I ove the note taking ability, allows for me to free up some space and weight on my bag!

I love this laptop. It upgraded to windows 11 without any issues. The laptop itself weighs almost nothing. The screen shows colors and details beautifully and the SPen is a great addition! The charger is super fast and lasts for quite a while. The only downside is that the built-in camera is relatively low quality. If you're going to be doing a lot of zoom calls, I'd buy an additional cam or maybe even a different laptop. Overall, I am extremely happy with this laptop so far! I love the sleek designs and how ridiculously fast everything loads.
