so lightweight, its fast starts up incredibly quick, battery lasts and charges quick BUT over 2 weeks I've found some issues. Screen turns black randomly does correct eventually Speakers are not great decently loud but not very clear windows had an issue on me where it froze and wouldn't let me log on had to completely erase it make sure you back up files frequently.

Purchased this about a month ago and I'm very happy with my choice. It does everthing i ask from it, is extremely light, and super quick. I like the feature of opening the computer and boom i can begin working. Love the display and the fact of th super large storage. Only downside it is a fingerprint magnet

Love this product, I've had zero problems with it while owning it. My only pet peeve (which has nothing to do with the product) is how little accessories there are for the laptop.

Where to even begin with this sad excuse for a laptop? This is one of those "deserves 0 stars" products. - battery life: The advertised 21 hours has to be a joke. You get 6 on average. Normal use with light web browsing, word processing, and a spreadsheet or notes app running with battery optimization and optimized apps at a viewable screen brightness might get you 8 hours on a good day. The advertising is nonsense. - display: The PWM flicker! It's awful. At max brightness the screen looks fine, but get ready for some serious nausea and eye irritation below 70% brightness. It's unusable below that brightness level. And at 1080p, there's some serious pixelation at the 15" screen size. OLED was not the way to go in this laptop. It's a battery drain at usable brightness and an eyesore at anything lower. - performance: It's seriously stunted because of the form factor. You get the performance of an i5 from the i7, and the performance of an i3 from the i5. Don't believe me? Look up some of the benchmarks. This would have been a great opportunity to utilize the power efficiency of AMD. Instead you get to pay a premium price for mid-tier performance. -speakers: Downward firing and horribly tuned. Max volume is pathetic. No bass. Honestly have no idea how they consider them acceptable at this price. Turning on some of the Dolby settings helps a bit but even with tuning they do not sound good at all. - End user repair: It's not there. You can replace the battery and the SSD. RAM is baked on. Repair parts are incredibly expensive and hard to find. Hope you like paying Samsung to fix it for you, and charge you an arm and a leg to do so! - Support: Very poor. Good luck speaking with someone who actually wants to and can help you. Sounds like everyone is trained on algorithms that get you to the option that pays Samsung more money. See below for the rest of this point. - The keyboard and trackpad are fine. Not great, but not the worst. Samsung refuses to repair mine under warranty despite normal use and great care. Spent hours through their useless chat and phone support just to be told that I need to send it in and am responsible for the cost. I opened it up this morning to find the screen unresponsive. The laptop turns on and clearly works, but the screen is just off. I've done all the troubleshooting I can find with no success. Samsung techs were of no help whatsoever. I'm seeing quotes for $400-700 for this repair though one of their shops. It's been just over a year since I purchased it, so even a manufacturing defect resulting in this issue wouldn't qualify for covered repair with Samsung. Never mind that 5 minutes of research on this reveals that this and screen cracks are well-documented issues with other galaxy books that are well cared for and have never been dropped, just like mine. Even if they are covered under warranty people are getting billed for physical damage that never occurred! I'm baffled that a device retailing for $1650 isn't backed with adequate support for defects such as this. I hate Apple, but at least they rectified the issue with the butterfly keyboards and display flex cables. This is the last Samsung product I will ever purchase. I caution you to avoid making the mistake that I did.

This computer is a thing of beauty. Only has USB type C connectivity. Adapters are cheep and easy to find. Long battery life. Glitchy WIFI like all PCs. If you leave a website up then close the laptop and let it fall asleep you'll be disconnected and may need to run a diagnostic to resume. Buy protection plan. I had it cased and in a book bag. Dropped the pack 2 feet in a parking lot. Damaged the metal chassis and some pixels in the corner of the screen. Now I have a hard case for it.
