I like the laptop. It moves super fast for what I need to use it for as far as training & Zoom meetings. The camera is not a clean as I thought it would be for it to be a Samsung, but nonetheless, not bad. The only down side is there no USB port on the laptop that I would be able to plug in my wireless keyboad & mouse but I have a docking station that I can utilize on my desk.

I absolutely love this laptop. I got it last June and it is still as fast as day one. This machine may not be good at gaming but it is fantastic at video editing and Auto Cad rendering is a gift from god. If you are looking for a college laptop and you have other Samsung devices this is the one to go with.

When it worked it was great, it didn't even last long for the amount I paid this was upsetting and Samsung offered to give me a discount on buying a new one. I have hardly used the laptop that I needed for school and is now a brick and doesn't even power on because it needs a new motherboard.

So first glance, this laptop is great. Sleek design, lightweight, powerful, and really good battery. Pretty much checks off all the boxes when looking for something easy to use and move around easily. The big downside, and you can look here on BB and other places, the screen cracks for quite a good number of people. Yours may be cracked already as well but you just haven't noticed it yet. My best guess, with how thin the screen is, if you dont open and close from precisely the center, it can tweak ever so slightly causing a crack. Mine in particular was babied, and was only weeks old when this happened. Samsung is absolutely zero help, will not cover fixing under warranty. $400 to replace it on an already expensive machine. Seeing as how many THOUSANDS of dollars I have spent on Samsung products over the years, I am basically done with them for not standing behind their product. Gonna have to but the bullet and pay to repair, then I am getting rid of this and going to a competitor.

I work with numbers a lot so to have a keyboard where numbers are easy to see and type was a seller to me. Speed and picture are great also just a good buy I can go for days..

Nice laptop and i like the design but the problem is the pen with writing and drawing on the screen. Overall its a great laptop.

I am enjoying the new laptop, it has all the new features i was wanting. It runs like a dream.

I LOVE this Samsung Galaxy Book Pro. It turns on when you open the screen, it boots right up. Loads your browser almost as quickly. I had a silver keys on silver before & couldnt see them unless a light was on, the lighted key just faded away in dayrume. So i got the BEAUTIFUL Navy. We waited for Windows 11 to replace my slow failing one from 10 years ago. It lasted a lonf time. I only want Samsung.

this computer is very lightweight, thin, and great deal with number pad.

Great screen resolutions and really like the S-pen and touch screen

Love the laptop. Very quick and feels great. Very Light. However it is a 2 hand open laptop because of how light. And more than once when opening the screen wasn’t working properly. Returned for this reason.

Everything went well from order to curbside delivery with a very pleasant couple of guys who loaded my merchandise into my truck! Computer works great! Very easy set up and easy to use!

The charger was junk. This laptop was used maybe 2x's per month the entire 3 years I've had it and it has now died.

I do recommend this laptop. This is a very nice device with good quality. Overall, this product is more than my expectation.

The one issue I have is that I can not turn off the touchscreen even if I follow the Microsoft guide.

I've had this laptop for about 2 weeks now. I like it.

I barely managed to enjoy this laptop before it failed. I've had it since May but by July I had to send it to Samsung for constantly freezing and crashing. Despite it being gone for two weeks, no repairs were made, and their service center must not have even bothered turning it on, because the laptop was freezing and crashing within minutes of me trying to use it when it was returned. This is an unimaginably disappointing product, but the Samsung customer service is worse.

After 4 months the laptop would not power on. The next day, after the battery was dead, it came on. A month later it wouldn't power on. Took it to Geek squad, the tech removed the battery and put it back in, it's fixed. A week later same problem. Back to Best Buy, now it's on it's way for a "repair". I suspect they'll be able to "fix" it, the battery will likely be dead by the time it gets to the repair tech or they'll take the battery out and in. Sure wish I would have took the laptop to Best Buy the first time this problem happened. The only good thing about this whole experience is that the next time this happens the Lemon policy (3 services for the same problem) will apply and I can be done with this laptop.
