Nice clear screen and great speed for multi window work load.

This product seemed to have everything I wanted and more: great screen, lightweight, good battery life, technical specs to last many years (for me), and an incredible sale price... But with the first one I received, it twice shut down randomly within a short period of time. I was within the exchange period so Best Buy gave me a new computer (there was the hassle of data transfer, etc.). The second one had the same random shut down issue. Geek squad's best guess was perhaps a software glitch. Unfortunately, I'm very tech unsavvy and couldn't risk dealing with an ongoing shutdown issue so ended up returning and buying another computer. Very much wanted it to work, but two computers with the same problem forced me to abandon this product.

Fingerprint login frequently stops functioning leaving me with no other option than hard drive wipe. Battery life as explained in manual is false - never lasts that much. Samsumg customer service line does not always seem to understand English therefore unhelpful. Overall, item is not too bad.

Excellent Laptop, it’s very lightweight and very fast.

This laptop is an excellent mix processing power, battery life, design, and portability. It's one of the thinnest laptops available today yet the battery can last all day. The OLED screen is excellent but only 1080p (I would have preferred 4K even with the impact to battery life.) Overall, I highly recommend for most use cases.

Easy to use and easy to charge, low consumption power

A great travelling companion. Very slim and light yet sturdy with robust aluminium case. 7i and 16GB RAM make multitasking between programs lightning fast. Touchpad is large and responsive on par with MacAir quality. So is keyboard. One drawback is lack of a video card which makes video editing slow and uses up battery fast.

I love this laptop/tablet! I had to get a usb-a to usb-c hub because the laptop has only 3 usb-c ports and my handy flash drives and other accessories are all usb-a. The model is sleek and thin. One quibble is that there is no tab to assist in opening the screen. I like the separate number pad. I wish the Delete key were larger.

Love it, all but not having a USB Port. Id recommend it, as long as you don't need it.

Went from a 2019 Macbook pro and I have absolutely no regret. The AMOLED display is stunning but, I notice the screen flickers often when looking at very white images but, after a few upgrades from the drive the machine has stopped doing this. The machine has great ventilation and does not get hot even when gaming. Great product!

Excellent response time; quick as lightening. There is more than enough storage for photos and such. Touch screen is easy to use; I pair it with a mouse for some activities. Colors are very clear. I have used the camera and had good resolution. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Pro 360!
