I appreciate the amount of storage this laptop offers and that was the main reason for my purchase. I really like it overall. The only issue I have is that the mousepad on the laptop seems very sensitive and while working, the slightest tap will take me to another page or take me out of the one I'm working on.

Very nice. I am so happy I chose this laptop. I needed something for my school work as well for work (job). So far it is handling all the task with no issues. The keyboard is very smooth and easy to use. My only issue was getting used to the larger mouse pad.

Purchased on the 24th Aug and arrived on the 25th. Have issues already where the screen just randomly goes black, especially when trying to open microsoft edge or google chrome. Happens quite frequently. I am hoping that since a few updates to drivers has been done that the issue doesn't occur further. If you have this issue I would suggest to go to setting-updates and check for updates. Haven't had an issue with that for 24 hours now so knock on wood. However, charger cord randomly stopped working and finding a proper laptop usb-c cord is a nightmare so yeah... Something really cool though is the write to text feature as it does recognize cursive writing and converts it to print which is super helpful for a college student like myself. There is not really any type of case for this. I found one clear one that you can buy from samsung but that is it, everything else is just peel and stick decals.

The graphics on this laptop were amazing and the Zoom quality was as well. And the speed was fast. However, I had nothing but trouble trying to get it to work properly. The mouse kept freezing, programs wouldn't work properly, and I had a hard time getting the machine to boot. I had to unplug everything from the machine in order to get it to boot. I ended up returning it and going with a Lenovo, which was what I was originally going to purchase but was talked out of by the Best Buy employee.

I love this compact laptop. Perfect size and fast.

Extra cost required if you use hdmi to tv or monitor. Adapter required. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse is needed for convenience if connecting to a large monitor. You'd think that these laptop companies could make a cover that was finger print proof like refrigerator doors.

So got this for my wife set it up and sat it on the desk where it remained un used for 2 weeks. Then when we went to use it again it had a big spot of dead pixels and the fingerprint wouldnt read either of our finger prints. If i didnt have those 2 issues i would have kept it. But decided to return it in the end. I did like the weight and size of this laptop they did a good job with several aspects. But if we are going to spend 1500 it better not have any issues within a year.

Awesome laptop. Super graphics. Very light and thin

This computer is fast and it multi-tasks well, but it is flimsy and will break easily if not taken care of. Mine broke 3 days after having it because of a hardware fault not caused by me.
