Works really well, amazing screen response. Keyboard is nice. Speakers are not great, extremely low volume. Some times using when using pen to draw if you keep your hand on the screen it will start drawing random stuff. Few apps have pen lock which helps.

OverAll a Great Laptop but some things samsung definitely needs to Improve. 1) The speakers suck, my phone has louder volume then the laptop itself 2) Screen Has way to much Flex

So far so good. I love that it pairs with my Samsung phone and ear buds easily. Still getting used to windows 11 but overall solid performance. Only thing id consoder con is battery life sometimes seems shorter than I was expecting.

I really loved this laptop right out of the box. It was beautiful. Crisp graphics, awesome touch screen, it seemed like it was going to be amazing. The second time I used it the screen just cracked on its own. I did nothing to it to make it do that. I was very careful with my pretty new computer. I thought I could live with it at first, but then the crack started spreading in all directions. I had to send it back. so sad.

Its a freat laptop but not very fast you have to make sure you keep up on your housekeeping getting rid of any junnk fikes or clearing history otherwise it's going to stay showing down.

The individual who helped me with the purchase of the laptop couldn't have been better. He understod what I needed and recommended a great laptop.k I woulod recommend him without a douibt.

This is a great laptop for style and speed and versatility, but it turns out my battery died within a year's time I had to send it back (under warranty) to have the battery swapped out.

I purchased about a month or so ago and so far no problems and the price came down $300 so that was a bonus I like the new windows 11 installed very spunky very good product I plan to purchase another one.

Computer great. Support at pickup awful. Was told I’d get 15-20 min of training to set up computer. Instead handed computer from a new geek squad associate who handed it over to me and basically dismissed me. Very poor form

I like most everything about it, however the ports are new thunderbolt so I am not able to connect my external hard drives to it. I have the work around of connecting to the desktop and connecting wireless though.

Excellent laptop! Works well with my Samsung devices such as my Galaxy phone. Works well as a tablet although a little odd since it is running Windows rather than an Android system.

I absolutely love this laptop, one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I needed a new laptop since the battery in my old one was starting to go out. Does everything I want and more!

I usually don't like Samsung products due to battery problems but this laptop has slim shape with good quality display. Could not stop myself to buy.

I bought it to make YouTube videos. I like it because I can link my Samsung phone and upload my videos quickly. The light-up keyboard is helpful with dim lighting.

Because of how slim this laptop is, the ONLY ports it has are USB-C ports. Which is fine but this laptop does not include ANY adapters. Bottom line, It should have a USB port, or include the adapter.

Excellent Business Laptop! Fast Stat up. Beautiful Bright HD Screen. Only negative aspect i have found so far its that its a fingerprint magnet all over the beautiful case. other than that, Just Great!!!

Its a good business start-up computer. It has a lot of space for documents and apps but just wish I had somewhere to put the pen cause your can misplace it. Overall its a great laptop and its worth the money.

Ordered a new laptop on Black Friday because the old one is 9 1/2 years old! Came when expected and was a great value. I have a Samsun Galaxy 10+ phone, so the Galaxy laptop is very similar.

Amazing build quality. The chasis flexes and the touchpad button gets pressed from below but it is not a big deal. If you want portability, this is it. Nothing is as slim and as light weight in 15 inch form factor.

Love my laptop! It was so worth the money, best laptop ive had thus far. Just wish it has normal usb ports to plug in a wireless mouse and the screen tilt was a bit more secure. But i still love it
