    I am firmly in the Samsung ecosystem and own a S21 Ultra, Galaxy Watch and now this Galaxy Book Pro. I bought this laptop to replace a 2 year old Surface Laptop Pro that at the time was similarly priced. The reason for my purchase was a poorly placed coffee cup paired with an erratic hand. I was disappointed to see that the newer Galaxy Book Pro underperformed verse the 2 year old Surface laptop. My excel formulas often hung and took time to process and often the entire computer would experience these annoying pauses where I couldn't click anywhere. The book is sleek and has a ton of great options (like multiple USB-C ports) - but performance is king. I will be returning the laptop These issues forced me to return the laptop.

    Purchased the open box in excellent condition but didn't come with an S-Pen. So I had to return and buy another one. The screen is awesome but didn't like the 16:9 format. I wish it was 1200p (16:10) format or 3:2 format.

    I’m not sure if I got a bad computer or it’s like that for all of the computers, however the pro model clicks on on side of the keyboard panel, in fact it acts like a touch pad. You can not rest your palms on the computer panel or else it’ll be acting as a touch pad. It always kept on doing weird screen blinking, although I had it sitting still. I was happy t have the HDMI and USB ports however the quality of the computer itself is not worth keeping.
