Super nice laptop. The screen resolution is amazing and super clear. I love that it has a touchscreen, Definitely the best laptop I’ve ever owned. Charges super quick. A few minor complaints. For a $1,000 laptop the battery life doesn’t last very long, charging cord gets super hot, and my biggest complaint is the actual laptop gets hot super fast also. The fan comes on like 5 or 10 minutes after I turn the laptop on. So it gets hot pretty fast. And I’m not on it 24/7. I usually do 2 hours of homework in the morning and two hours at night. Besides that it’s an AWESOME laptop.

Had a hard time on line finding this product. Called my Bestbuy store. The gentleman spoke with located one for me and set it up so all I had to do was go pick it up at another store. I am very pkeased with the laptop. It was everything I wanted plus more.

Great Laptop, just needed it for small work stuff like excel. Some web browsing & note pad. With the pen it works great. You can’t have the full functionality of the pen for that you need to upgrade to the bigger tablet but this one is awesome. For the price you can’t be this little computer/tablet

My college age daughters absolutely love this computer. It is working very well and has some cool functionality. This model does not come with a Samsung smart pen included. We purchased the Wacom smart pen from Best Buy because they said it would work, but it actually does not. We returned that pen and purchased a Samsung smart pen and it is working perfectly. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, but depending on the sales, I probably would consider the pro model next time. No complaints with this model but I believe the pro 360 comes with a pen included and that was $100 accessory

I got this unit for my kid heading to high school. Solid specs for the price but I can’t get the bamboo pen to sync or work. Need to download drivers or something. I assumed that the universal bamboo pen would be plug and play but need to call total tech for assistance. Somewhat dissapointing for what I thought would be a very easy process.

I absolutely loved this brand ne Samsung Laptop even though I bought it ‘Open Box’! It hadn’t been used at all & it was totally worth it! I just wish it had a little larger screen but overall it was a great laptop & the resolution was AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Good laptop for my son he was extremely satisfied with this laptop, definitely recommended this laptop.

I love this laptop. It is compact and lightweight and easy to take with me. The keys have the right touch and has been easy switching fro a 17" screen. No issues at all.

A great product and easily to fit anywhere. I was used to with 17" laptop but now I will recommend that if you are looking specially office work laptop then go with this product. Efficient to use and the SSD is perfect.

The Samsung laptop with Windows 11 is a pretty good machine

Got this on sale recently. It’s very thin and light and so far works great. If you are hooked into Samsung ecosystem, I do recommend. If your not, it’s a good buy on sale, but there are others that would work as well.
