This is a pretty mediocre laptop to be honest with you for the price I paid the features could’ve been more improved upon. Got a hard time using this laptop on Wi-Fi. Sometimes it would be inconsistent while my other devices were fully functioning on the same network. I also didn’t like the trackpad. The one I had may been faulty as I went to the store after purchasing mine to test the in-store model, and the trackpad seem to work much better than the one I got. I wasn’t going to risk swapping it out for another one in case the trackpad really was just not great. I will say the screen was very bright compared to my other devices. I really did like that aspect of it. It was very fast. The processor was a great Intel i7. I really felt like the trackpad needed to be improved upon for me to spend $1,199 on a tablet.

Bought this laptop to take to school everyday and I love how light weight and fast it is. The screen is the great Samsung quality you can expect and I have had zero issues with it.

Well rounded device for everyday tasks. It can handle heavy loads, but may have a little bit of throttling on the processor. I use this device for work and run multiple programs at once

With just the correct size, 13inch display is enogh for drawing, watching videos and movies and more. Quiet, lightweight, could be the best laptop I've had. Bust it's just 2 months.

Good computer for email, spreadsheets and entertainment. If you are used to the aspect ratio of a MacBook, this will bother you eventually. It bothered me and I got a MacBook Pro eventually. I kept this one to read and do things here and there. Very light and sleek. Speakers aren’t amazing. Neither is battery life. Screen is sharp, keyboard is nice. All in all a nice computer for the price point.

Perfect size. It's a great machine for the price. I have a MacBook for work and this has the same basic feel which makes it easy to go from one to the other.

It's good. The battery isn't as bad as people make it out to be but they also may have gotten defective batteries. It does everything I want it to so. Much much faster after all updates are installed when you first get it out of the box.

My laptop is everything I need to do my home study for college and my business needs. I would recommend this laptop.

Purchased for my mother after purchasing the 13.3" Galaxy Book2 360 Pro. I like that this version of the Galaxy Book 2 has a USB-A port as well as USB-C ports so that she does not have to carry around a dongle for her mouse. Screen is frankly incredible to look at. The computer is fast and does not have a lot of bloatware on it. If you use other Samsung products, this pairs well with their tablets and phones. The smart pen is a wonderful input device and the handwriting software works well for not taking. If you need a portable computer with good processing power, this is a fine choice.

Awesome laptop does everything I need it to do for work and school. I would highly recommend this devices for anyone who is looking for a computer that can mulitask and not slow down.

Great screen and awesome speeds. Boots up right away. It was easy to setup, including to a docking station and additional monitors (those were separate purchases). Very happy with the purchase.
