I really liked this laptop. I've been using it in college and it's done everything that I need it to. The speakers are pretty quiet though and I've noticed a little bit of wear and tear from using it as a tablet too much. I think that is not supposed to be a main way of using the device.

Very clean, sleek, and smooth. The graphics are nice when watching movies and TV. I love the foldable part making it tablet like.

I got this for my daughter. The setup was easy and it synced with her Galaxy phone immediately. I loaded Office software with her microsoft account and email with her google account. She is adding software for her job. All reports are good so far!

Fast laptop! Very light and sleek design makes it easy for travel! Sometime I forget I even have it in my backpack for work! Easy to navigate, I love being able to use the touchscreen.

Great service from Best Buy, as usual. Computer works and functions as advertised. I would possibly buy a slightly larger screen next time; this is my personal observation only.

I'm a DJ Mobile and "club". I bought this computer hoping it would be efficient for a DJaying program I had been using and although it did work good enough to run another program I use it still lagged on both programs, so i decided to return it and maybe upgrade later.

This is a great laptop. For email, streaming, spreadsheets, etc. it has all the performance I need and I've been very happy with it so far. The sound and graphics are impressive. For the price, this is a really good system.

The laptop works very well for me because it handles my large datasets wihtout any problems. I just have 2 problems with it: 1. The 'ctrl' button on the right does not work and 2. The volume is low.

I bought this item and its been pretty good. Something simple yet useful. It was a struggle at first and i had made quite a few calls about my item because it never arrived, but they helped me out and i got it in the end, thank god.
