This laptop functions great out of the box however it slowly goes down hill after. The android platform is weak and slow. The computer constantly updates needlessly and now performs like my desk top from 1998. Don't pay more than 300$. P.S> Storage is ample.

good general laptop for general use at home use ...

My boyfriend uses the Galaxy Book for work doing a lot of telecommunications, networking, and security. He says the battery lasts all day and he can do more complex things like a laptop or desktop.

Not a fan. This is my second one. I returned the first one. The touchscreen did not work and the battery was awful. This is the replacement. However, it's glitchy as well. Touchscreen is great when it works. The battery is awful in this one too. I don't use it for anything that is intensive that would drain the battery. Microsoft Word or excel spreadsheets and light use for continuing education for work. I am constantly having to charge it. Daily. I hate this thing and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

This laptop its great but for me i thin its to small

Excellent computer. Previously had a Samsung Chromebook with i5 processor, 12GB RAM, 128GB Hard Drive that was so buggy that out had to be returned. This Galaxy book was an excellent choice and would recommend.

I've had this for about three weeks now. It replaced a five-year-old ASUS laptop. So far very happy with the speed, display and startup. A bit hard getting used to Windows11 vs my Windows10 operating system, but I'm past that learning curve now.

I am a software architect and wanted something robust enough I could do light development with if necessary but have only used this, so far, for basic computing such as web browsing, email, spreadsheets, and kids schoolwork. So far, so good,

Great laptop aside from I'm having concerns about the volume not getting very loud and the significant bezel at the bottom that contributes to a much shorter screen. Usually have a second monitor when working so that helps but still disappointing

This computer was a pleasant surprise so far. A good upgrade to the original galaxy books. Only downside was no s pen but I got over that quickly.

It's been three weeks since I got this laptop. I like it so far - sleek, light weight, function well overall. Sometimes I do think that it hangs up on some programs. Not sure if this is a windows 11 issue or the laptop issue

Very happy with the all the features. Samsung never disappoints me regarding their TV's and now their computer. Good value and love the feel of the keyboard and the screen.

Amazing and reliable laptop. Fast and perfect for traveling. I also have a portable monitor I use since I like dual screens. Clean and thin excellent price as well for prime discounts.

So far so good , I haven’t had a problem with it, very portable and easy to carry when i travel, the 360 screen is good for watching content when not using it for work, and btw this model doesn’t come with a pen.

I was using a Chromebook but the Chromebook was not a good fit for school I go to Western Michigan University and this computer has been a great fit for me and I like the smaller designs and the touch screen

I liked that it has high specs in a small size and the fact that it's a 2 in 1. I wish theere were accessories to protect the body since it's a bit sensitive

I don't use it for much but I love the portability. I think I would have been happier going with the bigger version as the keyboard feels a little cramped.

A really nice slim laptop has not lagged at all with the 16gb ram and intel 17 12th gen. The screen is the best ive seen on a laptop it is Amoled.
