Got this for sweet price! Camera could be better but this is already the cheapest in its category. Nevertheless everything else is working perfectly

I have never purchased nor received a Samsung product before. I’m extremely glad I was able to receive this from Best Buy. The Galaxy Book2 360 w/ touch screen is an amazing “little” laptop. I emphasized the word little because that is what I had been wanting. My old laptop named after the “fruit company” was a little old and as they say, “long in the tooth”, and it was the larger size. When ever I traveled I had to place it in a soft-sided carrying case, and it never failed that it seemed to take up a lot of space. Not this Samsung. It is just the right size and w/ the added touchscreen I’m being happy. Again, being the first Samsung computer that I have ever owned I didn’t know what to expect, but I must say I am pleasantly pleased. The size is just what I needed and as that old saying goes, “good things come in small packages”! It arrived in a box that a tank couldn’t destroy, I am a stickler for packaging, in my mind, if a company takes the time/effort to invest in packaging then most likely the product will be a good product. This Galaxy Book2 is no exception. Its lightweight, but its got amazing features. The screen is crystal clear in low light or direct sun. Its super responsive and comes loaded w/ all the bells and whistles that my other computer had. I have mentioned it earlier, but I must say again, that the touchscreen is the selling point for me, its just so much easier to work in a document, an app, change to another screen, etc., I have never had that feature on any “Fruit company” product. Pro’s: The look of this 13.3 laptop is pleasing to the eye, it is basically the same color as my old laptop but the keypad/keyboard seems a lot better and to me better spaced out even for the larger size computer that I had before. Its easy to charge, easy to connect to our home network and others. I have added a few programs to the Book2 and it was easy to do. I love the graphics and display. Its just a sleek, “little” computer that will be around and enjoyed by my son, he is off to college in the fall, and as soon as he used it the first time he asked if we could purchase one for him as well. As he said, “Its the perfect size for a backpack and seems like it will hold up well”! Cons: The only downside or drawback that I have w/ the Book2 is nothing that Samsung did, I have always used the “fruit brand” and am used to that system, that it has taken a while to learn a PC again, but again, that is not Samsung’s fault. If you are in the market for a smaller, affordable, lightweight and amazing “little computer” don’t hesitate to purchase this Samsung, I would highly recommend it.

I spend more time on this hunk of junk updating between Samsung's updater and Microsoft update. They both freeze, refusing to download or install half the time. I can't even download anything on the Microsoft store like Netflix. Not a network problem, was able to download 3rd party programs and surf the web perfectly...until samsung starts nagging me to update using its worthless updater and other bloatware. Hate this pc miss my HP

It's slim, fast, love the touchscreen! Quality of the display is great. I gave up on larger screen size to have a laptop that's easier to travel with.

Not generally a fan of touch screens, but Samsung did a great job of automating how the touch works if screen is folded in our out.

Thin, Light, Powerful and Economical! Great laptop for both work and fun. Wish the battery life was better and the resolution was 2k..

Nice laptop, but looks like windows 11 is raw. Can't make it reliably work with 2 external monitors through hp dock station.

I bought for my son who is senior class. He likes very much . Soo we are really happy with computer.

I like the ease of use with the touchscreen. The only thing I don't like is the battery saver which only charges the tablet up to 83%.

Screen broke shortly after purchase while in a backpack… certainly should be more durable for the price!

Small, compact and powerful was easy linking my phone and getting all my photos and files backed up.
