Internet keeps disconnecting without reason. Turned off Assume that network card is faulty upon arrival. Did not test it in time as I was out of the country and when I came back I already exceeded the return date.

The computer meets all of my needs. The setup and is simple and straight forward.

My wife purchased this for me as a birthday-anniversary-Christmas-"be nice to me, sucker" gift. I've had it ow for almost two months. First, the few negatives. The main one, and this may be Windows 11, is that the camera is not capable (according to Windows 11) of doing facial recognition. Very frustrating. I have struggled as well with the fingerprint reader, and gave up on it (that may just be me, as few others have reported this). So, to sign in, I have to use the pin, which is not a major issue. The only other negative is that this does get very hot sometimes but seems to occur only when attached to AC power. This happens fleetingly, and for no apparent reason, and thus far has not been an issue. By and large, it runs cool otherwise, and I use software to monitor temps. Okay, that's out of the way. The positives? So many (and in no particular order); it's fast and so light and works very well across all features. -I have attached it to a 4K monitor and it runs at 4k resolution (contrary to what a BB salesperson told me was the max resolution). It also works fine with two external monitors. -I love the fact it has HDMI + USB-A 3.2 + USB-C + Thunderbolt. -They keyboard is small as expected for an ultra-light but is surprisingly comfortable. -The display is awesome, gorgeous colors. -As far as sound, be sure to enable Dolby ATMOS in the Samsung settings. Otherwise, the sound is thin and not very loud, but with ATMOS enables, the sound is quite amazing for a small laptop. -Bluetooth works well on multiple Bluetooth devices. -I was able to install a different Samsung NVMe drive (I like to clone all my OS drives) and it was very easy to do so with Samsung Data Migration software with the new drive cloned using an external USB enclosure (there are YouTube videos out there that explain how to upgrade a Book drive). -This works with other Samsung devices. I have only explored this a bit, but no major problems. -I love the Samsung software and the control it gives you, for example, being able to run this in optimal mode, high performance mode, and so forth. There are other various controls as well. -battery life has been good. It charges quickly. I could imagine if using this all day on battery, it would require some re-charging, but this has not been a problem for me thus far. There are some good YouTube videos out there about initially using this system. One mentioned that new users should be patient when first using it, as there are all sorts of updates when you first start using it, and things seem to run slow. I found that to be true, and the advice quite helpful. One suggestion was to remove McAfee immediately, which I did. But within a day, all the updates were done, and this was running quite smoothly and with good zip. Despite the log-in issues, I give this 5 starts. This is a great little computer, amazing speed and quality for such a light-weight device, and with care should provide me excellent performance for several years.

Worst laptop I've ever owned. Stay away from this laptop. The battery life stinks and when you have to charge it the battery heats up. Besides that normal functions I would do on any other laptop I have to use my phone to complete! Why did i even buy a laptop?!?!

Love the look, bright colors and works well so far! Love Samsung products.

Updated from my previous Samsung computer and so far am happy with my choice.

Laptop was exactly what we were looking for. Very easy to navigate.

Just a brick. Won’t power up. Turned it on the first time week after Xmas. Somehow 6 weeks of use doesn’t seem adequate for a $900 purchase.

I really was exited to buy this computer but once I had it I realized something very disappointing. The battery life is horrible. And don’t get me wrong, I did every thing I could to try to save battery by adjusting settings,deleting apps etc but nothing helped. If this issue can be fixed I’ll be happy to try the comp again.
