Samsung it’s the best what we can buy for that money

Computer works well. It does what I need it to do.

used very little. have a desktop which is my main computer. purchased on 8/12/2022 it died for no reason on 01/11/2023. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE>

This laptop has been phenomenal in every way except one huge flaw that makes it a deal breaker for many. The trackpad gets stuck constantly. What's more troubling is that Samsung seems to be addressing this as if it's a software glitch when it is very clearly the button is physically getting stuck down due to it's thin lower casing. If they get this issue fixed I'd love to get one again.

Returned it. Ran too hot. Fan too loud for zoom calls and not sufficient for cooling down the laptop. Screen blacked out a couple of times probably from overheating. Great specks but maybe too powerful in a little body.

Great Laptop. Light weight and compact design. The only thing causing me issues is it's getting hot and the fan comes on super loud.

It has performance issues and Samsung support wasn’t too helpful.

Battery used over 4 hours.. very disappointed because they said battery up to 18 hours...

This laptop gets the job done! I bought it to replace my Macbook Air and does exactly what its intended to do! It is touch screen which is a plus compared to my old macbook! Does not weight as much and it is fast! More storage and more Ram conpared to my macbook! Would highly recommend to anyone look for a laptop for school or work.

Probably the worst mistake I made in 2022 was to buy this laptop

This is a great laptop/tablet. Some things I really like: Small size and lightweight, which today is the standard, but the build quality is solid too. Tablet mode, need I say more... This is not a gamers laptop for obvious reasons, but everyday personal/work surfing absolutely. Can I gam on it, yep, but again not "made" for it. It boots up quickly and is fast with the i7. Fingerprint reader is located in the upper right corner, thankyou... Works consistently well. Dolby Atmos speakers are more than adequate, nice sound. Battery life has been excellent in all modes, watching movies, heavy processor use for spreadsheets and general internet surfing. The AMOLED display is excellent. And, my most sought after feature a backlight keyboard... A couple of cons, why is there no pen included and why is there no storage space for a stylus, this is after all a laptop/tablet with a great touch screen... This comes with the standard input ports and runs on USB C cables. Bonus, it will also fast charge your Samsung phone.. If you are Samsung driven it has apps to seamlessly work with your phone as well. I would definitely recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book2 if you are looking for a quality build, great display and tablet function.

Bought this for my son for high school. The display is super sharp. The 512 GB hard drive is a little small, but external SSDs are cheap and a safer choice for data storage anyway. I targeted the 13 inch screen because the battery lasts longer on smaller models with smaller monitors. The battery lasts him a full day with 20% to spare, including use during lunch. It's super thin, and light. It has software pre-installed that integrates with his Samsung phone. I'm not sure exactly what the software does, he's somewhat of a computer geek and he's estatic about it. I'd recommend looking it up. Now for the bad- Best Buy's "sale". The machine was advertised for $400 off, on sale for $1099. I'm like "yay me, I saved $400". Not. I see now, less than a week after I purchased it for a "$400 discount", it's selling at a regular price of $1149. I hate it when retailers do this. They calculate the discount based on the price from a year ago, not the current regular price. I hate that practice so badly that I'd rather pay a competitor the regular price (only a $50 premium) to express my dissent. So yeah I though "alright! $400 off!" and jumped on it without doing a price comparison with other retailers. Shame on me.

Random crashes and all my work is gone. I am up to date on everything and have plenty of gb. The pen they sold me doesn’t work on this! Overheats quickly and battery lasts maybe 4 hrs. Junk!

Im a true Samsung fan and I'm very disappointed with the sound quality on my device. It is trash! My Samsung Tab 7 volume quality is way better. The picture quality and everything else is good.

Bought this laptop in June 21st and today Dic 13 I was doing some homework and burn out, starting to smell like burn cables and smoke came out of it.

Very slim but fastly heating the laptop business it is not usefull

This is a great little laptop. It was easy to set up. I did have a hard time getting my Gmail set up, it just would not connect, but eventually it did work. The touch screen is very responsive. Searching on the web is fast. Machine is lightweight, love the capability of folding laptop over and using as a tablet . I plan to purchase a stylist to use, when using as a tablet. The laptop comes with edge, but I plan to download Google chrome, as my default browser. The screen resolution is excellent, color is crystal clear and sharp. I couldn’t be happier. Excellent graphics. I haven’t tried any games so far, videos run seamlessly. Setting up Ms office was pretty easy. I have a work account and a personal account. I plan to set up this particular laptop for Personal use. Syncing with my phone works well. My Samsung notes connected with my phone and tablet with no issues. I was able to use Samsung notes with keyboard, until I get the stylus that is compatible for this particular laptop. Set up to my printer was seamless. So far I am very pleased with this laptop. I highly recommend it, for business or personal use. You can’t go wrong with either.

Stay clear of PC purchases at Best Buy. The click pad wound up sticking less than 3 weeks after purchase and were stuck with it. The Best Buy mantra must be sell junk dont take back or take back if they must and sell as open box. Now ill deal with Samsung runaround. Last time with either one.
