I've been using a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro as my personal laptop since 2019. I've been very pleased with its performance & reliability, so I was quite eager to try our this newer relative. Context: I mostly use my laptop for budgeting, correspondence & an occasional source of entertainment while traveling- nothing too hard core. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 has performed well on all fronts! Right out of the box, the set up was super easy. The updates that happened right away went smoothly and quickly, as soon as I signed into OneDrive, all my data was right there and all I had to do was install MSOffice and my preferred browser. The thin and lightweight computer looks sharp and works well as both a laptop or folded over in tablet mode. AMOLED screen looks much more crisp & sharp than any laptop screen I've ever used & the speakers sound very good when called upon. I really love that Samsung gave us a few more ports on this version. It's got a USBA, 2 USBC's and an HDMI port. Many newer laptops- especially these thin ones- seem to be downsizing the number of ports, which then creates a proliferation of dongles & adapters. Right out of the box, the Galaxy Book2 360 can handle my wireless keyboard & mouse and dual monitors for my at-desk set-up! Still getting used to Windows 11, but that's a whole other story & doesn't detract from enjoying the Samsung.

Awesome laptop - small, perfect for traveling around and super fast.

Terrible connectivity issues, everything else works great. But unable to have a stable connection. I am not the only one who has had this issue.

I’ve used this machine daily for two weeks now and really love it. Super lightweight but fast. The touch screen is really nice and responsive. Overall very happy!

I was big fun of Lenono Yoga series 2in 1 but they increased their prices too much. I have used couple of yoga series before so I would say Samsung Galaxy book offers same mobility and performance .Biggest downsside of this samsung is speakers definately not enough . I can open 10-20 internet sides and it can handly perfectly . So far soo good

We have been so happy with Samsung computers that this is the third! Our daughter is homeschooling this year and she says the size of this one is perfect not to big!

Great laptop. OLED monitor is gorgeous, many ports: usb a and c, hdmi, lightweight, battery life is great, performance is great. The only issues is the keyboard is low profile and dislike typing for a long duration and touchpad is not glass a little sticky

I've been using mine for a couple of months now, and I like it! The keyboard feels nice, and I have no issues flipping the screen 360. I also use it to draw digitally. The laptop is a bit smaller than I thought I would have liked, but it's still fine.

Great compact laptop and works flawlessly with Netgear 4G LTE Mobile Router on the go for wireless connection to internet and more. Perfect size for travel. Fast with 16gb ram. Great deal at Best Buy!

Excellent system. The "U" CPU runs very cool. Total system power averages around 12 watts for my daily use, which means great battery life, less heat, and less fan noise. Running in Quite Mode I hardly ever hear the fan. The Wacom EMR screen is the best there is for stylus input. Still, the system is too thin, so thin that it will not even hold a SSD with chips on both sides, I would rather have something with a bit more structural strength. (That said, it is not as ridiculously thin as the newer "Pro" models, which are even thinner and feel flimsy, and which also have the high power chips which pull 45 watts or more, and have the associated heat problems.)

Some minor scratches on the bottom of the laptop. Other than that. Everything else is in good working conditions. Installed Linux and running great!

Great attention (purchase made from Mexico) and store delivery prompt and pleasant.

This is a great machine in terms of performance but it has been unreliable. Two separate repairs within 6 months (motherboard and touch pad) Working with the warranty department customer service team has been tedious and drawn out.

Maybe Samsung was testing how thin they could go with a laptop, but this is unfortunately just very flimsy and fragile. Holding the laptop on one leg sitting down, the mousepad will left click because the keyboard will actually bend (this is mentioned in other reviews as well). The screen is very thin and also bends easily. I'm sure there have been many cracked screens with these. There are no cases available to protect from falls, and this device surely would not survive even a minor one. Buyer beware.. On the flip side, the screen is absolutely gorgeous, crystal clear, the deaign is sleek, even the charging cord is Apple-like. Samsung just needs to go back to the Flex Alpha body so it will be durable enough for everyday use.
