Hardware issues after warranty ran out

Tried to get it repaired but Samsung doesn’t build their laptops for repair. Computer version of fast furniture.

Great hardware with one exception… the screen is so incredibly thin that it would be really easy to crack it. Returned and got an M2 MacBook Air and it’s so much more rigid and was the exact same price

The battery on the first was lasting about four hours. This one had the same problem. I was finally able to set the power mode to "Samsung Mode" and just clocked almost 15 hours before it reached 20%. I was so close to returning it. I switched from a Mac. My only negative is all the bloatware and unwanted sites and features Microsoft pushes. It's also confusing having both Microsoft and Samsung settings; although, it's just like my Galaxy phone.

Once it arrived we decided it was too small and we shipped it back in January and bought the bigger version. The bigger version is great. However, bestbuy sent me back an empty box of the original order, IN APRIL, saying "we cannot accept your return as you have sent us an empty box." I have the tracking number that shows it was delivered back in JANUARY. They send me an empty box 3 months later??? The process for dealing with this is horrific at best. I have spoken to at least 5 people now at bestbuy over the last two weeks and every single time it ends in "we will get back to you within 48 hours with an answer". Not once have they reached back out to me. I am FED UP. No wonder this company is failing. Have you been inside a bestbuy store recently?
