I purchased this and was very happy with the build quality, the display, the trackback is great - even better than my MacBook Pro. Windows 11 is great. I had issues with windows update - it kept having issues downloading updates. I realized the wifi was going from a full signal to no signal and dropping the wifi connection. After finally getting windows updated and updating the drivers, updating the firmware on my router - same issue. I have 500/500 fiber connection. All other devices in my house get a full signal and get between 400-500 download/upload speeds. The Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 with the intel AX211 was getting between 3-50 mbps sitting right next to a 7 year old Samsung laptop getting 450. I thought the wifi card was bad. I exchanged it for a new one. I have the same issue on the new laptop. I literally spent all night scouring support forums, talking with Samsung support was not helpful, they just wanted me to reinstall windows (I had already done that before contacting them) then they wanted me to send it in for repair. With the issue happening with 2 laptops I am afraid it is a hardware flaw/software flaw. I really really love this laptop. It's great - build quality is great, the webcam is better than my 2021 MacBook Pro 14". I'm trying to find another metal framed replacement for this laptop. Pros - Screen is beautiful. Build quality is superb Trackpad as good as, if not better than a MacBook Pro Webcam is excellent quality for video chats/photos Very sturdy, can hold by one side and no bending/flexing Lots of built in Samsung apps if you are a Samsung user to sync your device. Cons - Fingerprint reader would have issues reading my fingerprint sometimes, Not a deal breaker, and I think it has windows hello - I was prompted to set it up, but I did not. Wifi - After two laptops the wifi is a dealbreaker. I was going to get a mesh system, but I have a small ranch house, and even when close to the router I get the same slow speeds/occasional drops. No need to spend another $500 on upgrading my network which is already $200+ wifi 6 router that is about a year old, and no other device connected to my network has the same issues.

Beautiful design and screen. Great modern day portable device with excellent battery life not as great as expected.

Light to carry and Easy to set up and work. Fast and working great so far. Couldn't have made a better choice.

But with that price I could get one with graphic card

Very nice laptop. It is very slim, the keyboard looks like a Mac keyboard. The Pen is very sensitive.

Runs very hot, doesn’t take much for it to overheat and the charge doesn’t last very long

amazing, unbelievable, fantastic, refreshing, INNOVATIVE! Those are the words that describe this laptop line. It is so good, I bought both the 15.6 inch and 13.3 inch. They were on sale for $999 and $950 respectively, and with total tech, warranty was free for both which I do expect to use since these are so incredibly thin! I am a power user, I have 5 apple macbook pros/airs and 4 ipads. This has replaced them all and with such excitement. The design of this laptop, the thinness, the power of DDR5 16GB, 512GB hard drive and fully foldable screen, and pen make this a game changer in the industry. I am coming back to windows because of this laptop. I have tried 10+ windows laptops, nothing compares to this in design, thinness, and tablet mode with an AMOLED display. Pros: 1. beautiful AMOLED screen 2. phenomenal build quality 10/10 3. 16GGB DDR5 4. 3 USB C ports 5. fully foldable tablet mode 6. beautiful keyboard with number pad (on the 15.6-inch model) and on the 13.3-inch there is no number pad Cons: 1. Can get warm (but you can put it in silent mode etc.) 2. text can be fuzzy when up close on the screen as its resolution is 1920 x 1080. (There is higher resolution out there) but from a distance like a laptop you won't notice. 3. battery life isn't MacBook Air 15+ hours Things to improve for the next model: Make the resolution of the screen higher, make the ability for expandable RAM from 16gb to 32gb. These 2 changes would make this the greatest laptop ever made in the industry.

Great but would have like a taller aspect ratio and a full size SD slot.

Visuals are great but the screen is too small. With all the pop ups it hard to see what you really want to be looking at. I would return it if i hadnt missed the return by date. Thought i had a month.
