In under 30 days the screen cracked from nothing more than opening and closing it and Samsung wants to charge you $700 to replace the screen for their poor design. Even better is that BestBuy choose to change their return policy to 15 days, so no recourse thru them. I will never purchase another Samsung computer in my life.

Broke down within 2 years & best buy were of no help - thats it the guy in the shop said just best to reply should samsung not be able to stand over there laptops very disappointing - unreliable samsung

Once it arrived we decided it was too small and we shipped it back in January and bought the bigger version. The bigger version is great. However, bestbuy sent me back an empty box of the original order, IN APRIL, saying "we cannot accept your return as you have sent us an empty box." I have the tracking number that shows it was delivered back in JANUARY. They send me an empty box 3 months later??? The process for dealing with this is horrific at best. I have spoken to at least 5 people now at bestbuy over the last two weeks and every single time it ends in "we will get back to you within 48 hours with an answer". Not once have they reached back out to me. I am FED UP. No wonder this company is failing. Have you been inside a bestbuy store recently?

Very disappointed that Best Buy does not back up the products that they sell. The told us, it was pass the 14 days so I now have to deal with Samsung for the repairs with this laptop. I will NEVER buy another electronic from Best Buy again

I honestly haven’t found any negative feature to list, two thumbs up!

Find an actual computer that does computer things.

Using Excel, reading PDFs and moving files is apparently too much for it. Doing something as simple as copying and pasting cells in Excel causes it to lag and freeze the whole computer for up to 30 seconds. Scrolling PDFs works fine until you enter fullscreen in tablet mode, at which time it only responds to 1 out every 10 attempts to scroll the page with your finger. On top of this, it heats up rather quickly while doing the most mundane things.

Best buy flatly stated No replacement or reimbursement. FedEx is still investigating after 1.5 weeks of waiting on response.
