It's a nice laptop. I like that it is a touch screen. I like the keys on the keyboard are raised which makes typing easier than keys that are flushed to the body of the laptop. The laptop is light in weight which makes it easy to transport. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer than it does.

Very easy to use. Very light to carry and folds over so I can use it to follow recipes and like the touch screen. The keyboard is excellent and like the fact numbers are also on the side. Easy for me to use. Just overall an excellent product. Responds quickly.

Beautiful screen and great performance. Samsung apps and integration with phones and tablets makes it an outstanding laptop. Saved so much of paper by using the S pen to sign documents.

It had everything I wanted- but a graphics card. And it was still buffering files when it came to editing video and publishing. And at some point it would overheat with no fan because the make is so thin. Also not one usb port. All were c -types which caused for more purchasing of equipment - like a docking station.

Great Laptop, has fingerprint recognition for security purposes. Really lightweight and has the power to muscle through all my college work!

I used to be levnovo laptop fan. Not anymore since I replaced my last lenovo with this sleek laptop. Few things I regret they didn't put in. USB-Legacy ports. All ports are USB-C type 3. Besides that, it is fast and quite.

Fast at loading programs and opening apps ,well designed , lightweight and thin.The battery life does not last too long ,maybe max 5 -6 hours.Doesn't have a USB port

I like this laptop. Screen is great and this laptop is so light. Great amount of storage. Great for watching shows and movies.

I have been researching a new laptop for a while even though this was on the high side of the budget I chose this one. the slick design is also very nice. if I had to give it a negative it would be that it does get warm after awhile having it in my lap.

I love this laptop. I've had it for awhile and it works perfectly -- fast and long battery life. I use it for both work and my personal internet/email.

This laptop is fast and the display is sharp! Easy to setup and add on to…keyboard, mouse, multi monitors… so it can function as a desktop at home, but is also light and portable. Our family has 3 of these!

If you have a Samsung phone this computer is very nice. You can mirror the phone on the computer. I like that it doubles as a tablet. It is fast and works very well. The bottom does run hot but not so hot to bother to much.

Purchased for my wife as a replacement for her old laptop. The Samsung Book is amazing. Runs all her programs quickly, the screen is nice and bright, the backlit keys are easy to see, even in a brightly lit room. A few relatively minor critiques: wish the Book2 came in the Navy blue; the speakers are not particularly loud, would be nice to be able to hear music/meetings/streams a little louder (even with the app volume and windows volume both at 100%); the pen is nice, but there is no convenient place to store it when not in use. We both have the Galaxy S22 Ultra specifically for the S-pen and they have room in the phone for the pen to store, this laptop should have a similar design to store the pen, but only has a small magnetic surface behind the screen and a very weak magnet on the pen, so it moves and falls off very easily. Aside from that, it is a great system.

Everything was as advertised. Very easy to set up and get running, and I have had no issues. The display and speed are excellent. It looks like I got everything I needed in an easy-to-use computer.

Super slim and lightweight. Very fast. Outstanding color. Fingerprint on/off works great. I like the number keypad on the side. Still experimenting, but so far, loving it. Looking forward to traveling with it. Would recommend.

Salesperson so busy showing me it had so many of features I wanted for photo editing & MS Office like 16 GB, Evo, 12th Gen i7, 1 TB, & number pad (which is missing on so many HP & Dells). I ordered at the store since it was $500 off and I was told it would be great for multi tasking photo editing and MS Office at same time. However, when I arrived home from the store, I looked up reviews and specs and discovered it didn't have USB -Type A for my mouse - deal breaker. Nor did it have an SD Card Slot. So when laptop arrived I did not open box, I returned without using. Concerned Type A + SD + printer + external hard drive all plugged into adapter would stall (like my current laptop - with too many externals working on an adapter at same time). I would be pulling photos from external drive to scan & edit, save or print.
