Great laptop, eat to use and set up Screen is great too

Must have if your in the Samsung ecosystem. Works great with my galaxy phone and tablet. Great performance and very portable!

This is a great machine. My only complaint is the finger prints but that does not effect the way it works. I love the touch screen and the 360. This was my first time using Windows 11 and I am getting used to it. I love the small bezels. Battery life seems to be pretty good. The fact that it is so thin and light, makes it so much easier to carry around. I would definityl recommend this to anyone.

I couldn't say enough great things about this PC. Super happy I found it after researching different models and it's great to see Samsung makes amazing products in a multitude of product types. I got this laptop for school and I am super happy with it. Great quality and design. Amazing specs and uses. You won't go wrong with this and I definitely recommend.

I bought mine as "open box", which saved me some hundreds, but I wouldn't recommend that, if you can afford the full price. The PC was noticeably used (it wasn't just that the box was open) and I think that Best Buy should have done better to pack it in a way that conceals that. When I first set it up, the setup process got stuck and I got very worried, but it worked when I restarted it. So far, after a few weeks, the PC hasn't yet gotten stuck and everything seems to be working very well. The touchscreen is great!

Was looking for a new laptop. Best buy had this on special. This thing is fast. Touch screen is a big plus as is the lighted keyboard.

Works perfectly. With Best Buy's open box discount, it was the best deal I got on a quality laptop! And it's super light. My classmates are also talking about getting a Samsung Galaxy Book series.

It is a fantastic laptop. I can't think of anything to criticize! 99% of my use is for pleasure, at home on the sofa. I had a 14" screen before this - this one is just right at 15.6" - I can see it better, it fits my lap better. The gorgeous AMOLED screen has perfectly even and consistent color and brightness right the edge. It is amazing to think back to my first exposure to "portable" computers and the earliest versions of MS-DOS and Windows in the 1980s (I'm dating myself), and see how far we've come in both hardware and software. So many advancements have been made, so many design lessons have been learned, and this laptop with Windows 11 represents the very best of everything. It is a tremendous value, too. Three weeks after buying it, I noticed a special 3-day sale where it was $150 less than I paid. At my request, Best Buy refunded the difference! Battery life is quite good. I don't think you'd get through a full 8-hour work day on one charge, but you can certainly do the typical e-mail and surf from after dinner until bedtime. Unless you have some specialty needs for certain plug-in connections, screen resolutions or what-have-you, it is difficult to imagine anyone being unhappy with this laptop.

This samsung 360 works on what ever I do. It has the ram and speed great laptop for the price.

Wasn't sure about getting this one but Definitely glad I did. super fast, terrific 4K screen, and super light for a 15.6" laptop. would recommend to everyone.

Great laptop computer: blazing fast/ easy to operate

Most reviews on here on not good or in description enough. This laptop is pretty powerful especially if you get the 16GB of ram and 1TB of SSD. The only few things I don’t like is yes, the fan on the bottom of the computer does get hot, but you can fix this in the settings but the computer may be slower, so be aware. The other issue I’ve had was with windows 11. It runs smoothly but my finger print sensor and Facial recognition will not work. And I’m not sure how to fix it. But over all this is a great computer, it folds 360, comes with an S Pen in the box, and it’s fast. The speakers can be a little low depending on the surface it is on but overall this laptop is pretty high quality.

This is a great laptop. It is lightweight and fairly thin. It is also a touch screen. I would recommend this laptop computer.

This computer is the best from the graphics to the fast charging - 2 in 1 design is great depending on what you are working on. Love the touch screen and the S Pen. Zoom calls are an ease with the look and the sound that this computer offers - I give this product a 5 rating because it is to me Simply the Best! Thanks again Samsung
