I haven't purchased a laptop/desk computer in 14 years. So this laptop is by far fast and everything I was looking for.

Fast and nice laptop. My fingerprint reader stopped working all together after windows updates. Tried new bios and firmware. Still nothing. Screen colors are good. Wish it had a better graphics card and web cam.

I absolutely love this laptop! It’s fast, has the 10 K, and I have had it for almost a year with no issues! I would definitely buy it again and recommend it

I've had this product for a little over a month and my experience so far is good. The computer is slick, elegant, lightweight and beautiful. The colors on the screen are vibrant and the software very responsive. I use this for personal use, not for work, and I'm not constantly on it so I don't know yet if there is any issues but so far I'm loving it. I definitely love I can connect my phone and use it without having to actually use the phone, while I'm in the computer,and, though I'm not a tech savvy, I can tell this is very modern and advanced. I'm learning new things with it. I'm very happy with my computer!

I have owned this laptop for about 3 weeks now. Once you understand the differences between windows 11 and whatever you were using it is great computer. Also you may have to purchase some type C connectors, for example HDMI

Ive been a Samsung user for years , from phines and TV's and electronics. Its my first laptop by Samsung and I'm definitely happy i purchased it . It was hard at first , not being used to the newer windows compared to my old HP . The techs at the store in Ocala Florida are still the best ive delt with so far . They are nicer than the other two stores i have to been to . Stop in and chech them out , , they'll be more than happy to give you a hand.

I purchased this computer after learning that a Chromebook isn’t a good option for zoom use. The Samsung computer is easy to set up and works flawlessly with zoom and facebook messenger calls. Battery life is reasonable.

Perfect, powerful and sleek. Good battery life and convient size & overwhelming power at your fingers.

Great looking sleek laptop that is high performance for everything non-GPU intensive (gaming, video / 3D rendering, etc..) applications. OLED display has wonderful colors and perfect blacks, however resolution/pixel density could be higher. Battery life is average - leaves more to be desired, but that's as good as you'll get on a thin x86-64 CPU platform.

Love this laptop it is the best. It does all that I need it to do. Plus I can game on it with any problems at all.

This laptop is very thin easy to fit in my wife’s cart bag also user friendly and has great options for beginner or not so computer literate user. Love the process and user experience so far.

It's everything my wife wanted and more! The large monitor is vibrant, the touch screen works smoothly, and it has a number pad so she can input data like on her desktop keyboard. Overall great buy!
