Excellent laptop. I love how light it is to carry. Super fast. Touch screen too!

This laptop has everything I was looking for in hardware features. It's light weight, excellent screen with responsive lighted keyboard. Has all the power and storage to meet my needs, and no other retailer could match Best Buy's holiday pricing. Some reviews have warned that the screen is very fragile, but it seems fine to me and I don't plan on using it much outside of my home, so I doubt if this will be an issue at all.

This computer is lightweight, lightning fast, has a great screen. Battery drains a little faster, but still good.

So far so good. Well worth the money and easy to navigate. Im not the best with technology but this device is easy to learn because it teaches you. PROS: * Big Screen * Clear and Crisp Screen * Keyboard is *Comes WITH Pen *Super Fast Charger *** Finding more everyday*** CONS: NO USB PORTS ( Had to go back to the store and buy an adapter they are not chep either $100) I didn't notice this at the store and the salesman did not mention anything about that.

I love this computer!!! It's really light and thin. And super fast. The only thing is sometimes it oveheats.

So far, so good with this laptop after a month. I love the touchscreen and thinness of unit. The colors are brilliant. I miss having an HDMI port, but I use an adapter and it's fine. I need to explore the capabilities of converting it to a tablet and using it to project coding projects onto my school's interactive TV's. It has the potential to be a great tool. I'll update once I've had it a few more months.

Big screen and light weight and good price make the Samsung an easy choice for a day to day home laptop. We made the switch from Mac could bear the price of the Mac Pro for home use surfing, shopping and basic word processing. Would have gone with Mac Air but screen to small; so this Samsung fit the bill. Appreciated the Geek Squad help in making selection.

Great notebook! Super light, easy to carry, with number keypad. Very fast for what I need to work on.

Excellent book, battery life is out of the park, great, like all day battery. screen is great too, so light.

Very light. Fast. Like the touch screen. No USB ports, so I bought a multiport adaptor. Hope i dont lose the stylus.

This is replacing my 13 inch M1 MacBook Air.. Believe it or not, I’ve been having a lot more glitches and little issues here and there with my Mac and iPhone - and it’s been noticeable! So I’ve decided to switch back to Windows and Android. Glad to have an S-Pen, 360 hinge, and that BIG, beautiful 15.6” screen. The screen is so nice!! Battery life does seem to be less than the MacBook Air, but it’s plugged in a lot more than my phone, so not really a biggie. Fingerprint sensor and some other stuff was a little weird after I first got it, but after some updates everything had been super smooth. No complaints!! I’m really liking this device!! Oh, and speakers are pretty good on it too IMO.

I needed a laptop and was pleasantly surprised when I was shown this one! Lots of great functionality and so easy to set up. The screen is so clear, and the speed on this laptop is wonderful. I am not a tech savvy person, so I really appreciate the ease of this product. The sales associate was wonderful - took the time to explain the pros and cons to all of the different choices. I bought this laptop as a gift for my girlfriend, she is a photographer and she needed a fast laptop with a good screen, moreover, it comes with a stylus that you can draw on the screen

I use this computer for business data entry and accounting. With multiple internet tabs and Quickbooks desktop running constantly, she still runs like a champ. There is no lag, no wait and no frustration. I have always used a desktop, but recently decided to make the switch so that I can work at home as well as the office. I absolutely love the freedom and portability of this laptop!

I purchased this laptop for my home office to upgrade a 5 year old Samsung. I have been very happy with the laptop as it is very thin, and plenty powerful for my needs. I use it with a hub device to project the screen to a 49" and it works flawlessly with a thunderbolt cord projecting the images, transferring data and powering the laptop. I highly recommend!

Best laptop I have purchased in years!!! Great speed, great media, perfect slightly raised keyboard, and excellent transitions between the laptop and my Galaxy Note!! Great touch screen response. Only slight issue-fingerprint reader... Sometimes it doesn't read, but it may be due to finger positioning. Thank goodness it gives the traditional alternate methods to login as backup!

I’ve been using this computer for 8 months and have never had a faster computer. This is used for a business so there are lots of apps running continuously. Quickbooks is super fast and I can easily flip between apps and documents with ease. I’m considering purchasing this laptop for my own small business as well!

My previous laptop was an old, big & clunky machine that weighed over 5 lbs and was a pain to pack and take with me anywhere. I was looking around at new laptops. I do have a main desktop computer that I use most of the time, but still like having a reliable laptop for traveling (and for those times where I'm just sick of sitting at my desk lol). I fell in love with how thin and light this laptop was and being a graphic designer, I LOVE the 2 in 1 where I can fold it back and use it as a drawing tablet without the need for an external accessory. Also, it comes with the S Pen already. No need to make an additional purchase like most other products. It wasn't on sale when I purchased it, but it ended up going on sale the week after. I was able to bring my receipt to Best Buy and they were able to refund me the difference. It was already worth it at full price, but with a discount, it's a no-brainer. Since I use a lot of intensive programs, the battery life isn't the greatest thing, but I'm usually near an outlet when I use it anyway so it doesn't bother me that much.

Love this laptop. Its sleek, lightweight, with a clear and beautiful display. Nothing I could complain about. I did have to purchase a USB to C adapter but thats no problem.

Using this product daily. Good display, rapid speed. easy to transport.
