This laptop exceeded my expectations. As a MacBook user and someone that typically stays away from windows laptops I must say that Samsung did this one, right. The display is beautiful, and productivity is smooth. The display, the form factor, the keyboard, and the battery life all exceeded my expectations.

Light up keyboard easy screen lighting and tablet use great speeds and light wieght yet durable.

I have mixed emotions with the purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360. It does have a lot of cool features that make graphics pop, slim and sleek design but big enough screen view multiple apps and pages at the same time. However, the speed of use can be a bit lacking sometimes. I have had to take it to the Geek Squad two times since the 6 months I've had it to find out why it tends to slow down and take forever to open programs and apps. It is said to be one of the best computers for administrative work, but I am not completely sold on the statement.

It is a very fast machine, it has excellent graphics, the best computer I have ever had.

I love the actual laptop, but for some reason the Samsung block that plugs into the outlet gets super hot. Not sure what the deal is with that. Other than that, it's a solid laptop. While at home, I will only use it with a power strip with overload protection, so I'm not so concerned. I won't leave it plugged in too long anywhere else.

Bought this last year. Pro: the laptop is sleek, beautiful and a lot of specs. The touch screen is smooth. The 360 maneuver makes it an ideal machine for someone who travels a lot and uses laptop at airports. Con: the computer has shut down a few times during computation on Vstudio and calls on teams.

Love this laptop for what I need it for; online use, watching videos, connecting to printers and crafting machines via Bluetooth. Had a MacBook Air before this, simply wasn’t able to update anymore, and found this Samsung. Very lightweight, and love the 2-in-1 features. Very happy with product for the price.

Exceeded expectations. Very pleased. Only problem is you can not use the Samsung recovery app. Will not accept a USB thumb drive for backup. Samsung phones let you backup with a thumb drive. Looks like it wants an external drive only. Strange. Support never got back to me on the open ticket. Second image has a blank formatted 128g thumb drive attached.

It feel so good when you using it and touch response were awsome. Gamers will not like it... but for coders this is the best laptop to pick.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old Dell. First Samsung laptop, this thing is nice. Battery life is decent.

I bought this laptop for the excellent discount, and honestly I won’t complain at all about it, it’s perfect for multitasking since I use it for university it’s just perfect, I’m about to buy the galaxy pen to take the laptop performance to its limits!!!

Their service is so good, when I came to buy a new laptop we got a lot of good recommendations and help, and their staff told us everything about our laptop that we choose and they answered all our questions that we had, and now we are enjoying our new laptop.

By far my most favorite laptop I’ve ever owned. Never have any issues with editing photos or doing anything streaming related. Hands down a great quality product!
