Very useful laptop, multi-purpose, can’t handle games very well

I purchased a laptop advertised as "like new," but it arrived in a worse condition than described. It was dirty, missing the S Pen and other accessories, despite being labeled as a showcase unit. Initially, I didn't notice any defects but recently I discovered a small dent on the left side of the keyboard. The dent is subtle and only visible from certain angles with light, but it's clear it wasn't caused by me—I take meticulous care of my laptop, which strictly stays on my desk in a protective case. It could only have this damage if the laptop was open, and I would know if something dented it. Given this, it's evident the damage was present when I received the laptop. Unfortunately, it's too late to return or exchange it now. Be very cautious with open box items; they might not be worth the savings unless don't mind some wear and tear. Spent nearly $1k. Regret buying open box from BestBuy. 0/10

Purchased as an open-box items in excellent condition. Did not notice until using in sunlight that the screen had a crack in it. Unfortunately, it was past the return period to Best Buy and Best Buy would not repair or exchange for no charge.

Horrible purchase. The charger gets extremely hit to where went to grab the charger and it burned my finger badly. I called the samsung warranty and they got me waiting over a week for a charger. I made a consumer complaint to the ct business licensing department. I have the lap top sitting there cannot be used because cannot be charged. Scared it may cause a fire. Totally worse experience.

Excellent choice for the traveler. Light and sturdy aluminum case. 1tb storage and touch screen make this a keeper. Bought on December 22nd at sale price of 899 so this was a real good purchase. I use this for Video work and Slideshow design and the display is unequaled on similar units. Samsung really put their all in the design of this laptop because it has it al at reasonable price. Cons: only has 1 USB-A port so an adapter or multi strip is needed if you use more than 1 A device. Stupid Windows One-drive constantly annoying you, deleted and solved. There's more than enough space on the SDD drive so its not needed. Plus: long battery life and thin design. Fast processor and touchscreen display.

Beautiful laptop but started freezing 2 days after the return window ended. Here I am stuck with a beautiful laptop that freezes almost every day.

Samsung - Galaxy Book3 360 2-in-1 15.6" FHD AMOLED Touch Screen Laptop - Intel 13th Gen Evo Core i7-1360P - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Graphite Samsung Sets the Bar but Drops the Ball Samsung is known for their beautiful phone, tablet and TV screens. They set the bar high. But they dropped the ball in the mud on this configuration of this Galaxy Book3 2-in-1 by putting a 1920x1080 FHD resolution on a 15.5 inch screen. It is absolutely HORRIBLE with very little definition. It's the text. The text is so weak & faded, it's hard to see. And the ghosting blurry desktop icons will give you a headache within a few minutes of squinting at the screen making you think that you need glasses. It only gets slightly better when using a high contrast theme. But you can't use a high contrast theme with Excel as it takes all the color out of your spreadsheets (including your conditional formatting colors) and turns your sheets into pure black and white with no color whatsoever in your sheet. Yuck. Color recognition, identification and warnings are so crucial in building Excel Spreadsheets. I've done the Clear Text thing, updates etc. but to no avail! I won't even talk about the GLARE, because it's a moot point now. The screen is intolerable! But almost everything else on this beautiful touch laptop is perfect (except it is missing a Num lock "on" indicator light, go figure) The body of the laptop has very defined edges, not sharp just defined which you will definitely notice. But the bodies surface.... it's extremely SLIPPERY, yes, slippery. The laptop is hard to hold in your hands without dropping. I know, I would have not believed it, had I not experienced it myself. If you think that you will use this on your lap between planes at the airport, think again, it will slip off your lap so quickly, you won't even have time to say "Oh" Light weight at only about 3.25 lbs it's a .................. Beautiful looking machine. Excellent responsive keyboard. Perfect touch and travel in the keys. No question if you hit or miss a key. You'll know. Extremely quiet. Most people will not even be able to hear when the fan runs. Best TOUCH SCREEN I've ever used! (including Apples). BATTERY LIFE IS EXCELLENT! But I don't play games or watch movies. Mainly I surf, build Excel spreadsheets, listen to some music on YouTube. Some info/data streaming too. They say 22hrs on a charge, I've been getting 13-14 hrs with battery saver on and screen brightness at 19% connected to the web. Yes 19%! The screen gets so bright it'll blind you. That's why it's at 19% right now as I write this narrative online. Anything past 40% and you'll incur retina damage. Lol. The integration of the Tablets/Windows 11 laptops is finally here with Samsungs wonderful tweaks. Samsung has Windows 11 almost too simplified. The integration is flawless. If you've been using Samsung Android tablets and any Windows 10 computer, you'll take to this integration like a fish to water, a hog to trough, hotdog to mustard. I'm 69 yrs old and I love what they've done. Windows 11 is simple on these Samsung Books. I come from the "Dos" monochrome 286 & 386 era. When a "floppy disk" really was a floppy disk. It's been 4hrs and I've still got 75% battery left. I LOVE this keyboard. Absolutely Perfect! Fix the resolution so I can give it 5 stars and recommend it.

So far, so good. I purchased two of these, both to replace two LG Gram laptops that died after barely a year or so. I have a Galaxy phone and watch, so the complete compatibility is amazing/I didnt realize I'd care. Fast, lightweight, great screens and a full keyboard are features that I care about, plus tablet capabilities make it versatile, easy to transport. I really hate that I finally had to switch to windows 11, but that was inevitable. Only observation is that most laptops are reducing number of usb access ports so have to get a hub. This has 2 usb c (both appear to be charging), an hdmi, 1 usb a, sd micro and headphone ports. Very impressed with the screen size/lots of real estate. Overall, so far I have not found anything to complain about!

This is just shy of greatness, but well worth the often on sale price for Samsung fans. As Samsung has increasingly been limiting its ecosystem to its own branded hardware, a Samsung fan who wants a Windows PC that runs the wide range of Samsung apps will be happy to see them ALL on this laptop. Nearly 30 different Samsung apps are preloaded. Non Samsung fans will find this an extreme level of bloatware that fortunately can be mostly uninstalled. Hardware wise, the laptop is excellent. Extremely solid, impeccably made, thin and light considering the size, with great keyboard and trackpad (ironically less light bleed around the keys than a MacBook), good speakers, and a nice mix of connectivity ports. Speed and performance are very good, and even under the heaviest loads the fan is VERY quiet. Battery life is very very good as well. The P-series Intel chip is a perfect match for this laptop. The screen is obviously the centerpiece, and it mostly does not dissapoint . It is a Samsung OLED, bright, gorgeously saturated colors, and deep blacks. It is a touch and pen-supported screen (no pen in the box though). The downsides are 1080p which on this screen size can sometimes make text a bit blurry, and the 16:9 format which is better for movie watching but not as good for working. Because it is a 1080p screen, battery life is very good and windows does not suffer from the magnification annoyances which often accompany higher-resolution laptop displays. At list price, there are probably better choices overall for typical users, but on sale or for dedicated Samsung fans this is the laptop to buy.

This galaxy book is super lightweight and slim. I love the touch screen and option to use it as a tablet. It does seem to run a little hot in tablet mode, but it doesn’t seem to slow down processing speed. It’s as fast as a Mac and has way more storage than you could get with similar price. I mostly just use it for work and personal browsing, streaming and writing and its functionality to switch between tasks is really useful and easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend!
