So far so great! Huge upgrade for me as my old desktop was 13 years old. It does so much more than I was expecting and has been easy to use.

This is a great looking machine, however function wise is another story. for the first 6 months I owned it, it would not connect nor stay connected to the internet. Next it was install updates, uninstall updates. Back and forth with that and even still. No literature, there's a manual on the computer, you could reference if you feel like going blind, or attempt to print it out yourself. I would have shopped around a little more if i could rewind time. I have chrome books that are 6 years old plus that can out perform this machine any day of the week.

The trackpad takes some getting used to. But the computer is strong and handles all my tasks. The laptops aluminum frame is sleek.

I am really enjoying this laptop. Still getting use to it but most vivid screen is one of the best features.

I've always liked Samsung but I've never had a laptop by them much less a 2 in 1. This is my first 2 in 1 and it has been really great using the Book3. I like the housing a great deal. Take it from a Jack of All Trades, this feels sturdy when holding it one handed. Granted I still have to be gentle with it but its tough. Just a simple machine for simple tasks.
