    This laptop is excellent for daily use. I use it for online browsing and schoolwork, and it functions flawlessly. It costs more than HP and Dell, but the investment is worthwhile. Finally, a fantastic laptop to work with: it looks lovely, has a large screen, and a nice color.

    So few laptops have good sound. The difference between this laptop and my old one are night and day. I've since been listening to other laptops and have notice how much better the Samsung is to others. Don't discount sound if you like to consume media with your laptop and give this one a shot.

    Personally - I think the computer was probably great. I loved the look, feel and design. However, it was loaded with Windows 11 and I believe that's what caused all my issues. I could not connect to websitesI used to (I would get security setting prompts that I could not get past) and connecting to the internet was slow and inconsistent.

    my main thing is that It is so sleek, it powers up so fast, the keyboard is so satisfying. I use it casually so I cant speak to its gaming abilities or editing abilities, but i love the way it feels and the software is so satisfying.

    I had a '17 laptop and used it over my college days. 5 years later, my laptop started to slow down and be obsolete. With me having a samsung phone already, i thought i try the new samsung laptop! It has been treating me well to this day! Especially as a teacher!
