I love this laptop everything runs so smooth and the specs are great.

This laptop is excellent for daily use. I use it for online browsing and schoolwork, and it functions flawlessly. It costs more than HP and Dell, but the investment is worthwhile. Finally, a fantastic laptop to work with: it looks lovely, has a large screen, and a nice color.

Personally - I think the computer was probably great. I loved the look, feel and design. However, it was loaded with Windows 11 and I believe that's what caused all my issues. I could not connect to websitesI used to (I would get security setting prompts that I could not get past) and connecting to the internet was slow and inconsistent.

I had a '17 laptop and used it over my college days. 5 years later, my laptop started to slow down and be obsolete. With me having a samsung phone already, i thought i try the new samsung laptop! It has been treating me well to this day! Especially as a teacher!

my main thing is that It is so sleek, it powers up so fast, the keyboard is so satisfying. I use it casually so I cant speak to its gaming abilities or editing abilities, but i love the way it feels and the software is so satisfying.

Beyond expectations! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

The laptop is light and well made. I have had it for about a week and it has worked great.

Got it for school for architecture. If I’m being honest it gets the job done but id look for something better if you’d like to use it for architectural projects and softwares or anything related to it. Opening one single app makes it heat up and sound like it’s taking off, and it is easy to dent off the littlest things so beware. Get it to start off but be mindful

Had a Samsung laptop in past and was always disappointed when I couldn't replace. Now I have and couldn't be happier. This is the best of both worlds. Great tablet but also laptop.

You sales person was quick to help me and VERY knowledgeable about the laptops and their differences. I also did not feel pressured at any point (like many sales people tend to do)

Great computer for a great price. Went to buy a different computer and they were out and salesman talked me into this one. This was better than what I wanted. Would recommend.

My first and and last samsung laptop. This is a machine with ai. I can see myself using it for years. Durable and worth every penny

The laptop had almost zero issues running FL Studio 21, running plugins fluidly, and not struggling too much with multitasking. However, not sure if this was just my luck of the draw, but the touchpad often would "lag" or slow down under heavy processing. Quite inconvenient. It's strange because I had 0 issues using a wireless mouse. Would be 5 stars without this issue.

This was my work computer and I've never enjoyed a laptop so much. So much so that I bought the same exact one when I left my job. However, I was disappointed that Samsung stopped making the blue version and that the computer is a bit heavier than the previous model. The display also looks a bit different(not sure how I feel about it yet)

Great computer, I use it for everyday for work, I work in sales with a lot of reporting, and this computer does it all, being able to flip my screen and show the reports has been a huge time saver.
