I like the size, the numeric keyboard, and speed. But I don't think I've ever had so many problems in such a short amount of time. On a minor level, the cover for the charger pens fell off pretty much at the beginning. I ignored that because some of these things can be a little flimsy. About six months later, I opened my laptop and the screen literally cracked before my eyes and it took so much time to get it fixed by Samsung. Since receiving it back, I've had trouble with keys sticking and not working correctly. Then I go to open my laptop and the screen won't turn on. After much googling, I found it could be a problem with the battery so I took it out to reset it. Still not working. For something so expensive, I wouldn't imagine this many issues, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised in our current state of making things quicker and cheaper for the consumer just to make more money for the company. Extraordinarily disappointed.

Mouse pad could be smaller. I wish the battery lasted a couple hours longer. Other than those minor inconveniences, great laptop.
