I was excited for the light weight & performance specs & battery life, but I didn't notice a speed improvement over my old Lenovo Yoga w/ 8 GB. The battery was listed for 22 hours, but it didn't even last a 6-hour flight (when I was only using my browser & MS Office software in airplane mode). Samsung's customer service is indignantly awful. My screen cracked after I fell, but it seems that tons of users have reported cracked screens without a clear incident (including just a temperature change!). It's a new product, so spare parts are prohibitively expensive; Geek Squad quoted $1350 to replace my screen! I spent hours looking at other options, but nothing <$500.
