The laptop was sealed and brand-new, so is this normal? Usually for all products that I purchased so far, the batteries had some charge like 40 or 50%. I am still in the return window, so thinking if I should try and exchange this.

Screen cracks easy

We have encountered lots of "bugs" that have been quite irritating and time-consuming to fix. Have had lots of Samsung products, but this one is a big letdown.

You could clearly tell someone put it through it's paces and to make matters work I think when they reset the PC to return it they wiped out the drivers so I could use the track pack or touch screen because they were not recognized. I had to plug in a mouse to try and get past the prompts and then got stuck at the internet connection because it wouldn't recognize the wifi card inside either. I received it and returned it all on the same day.

I took a chance to see if this would be better than the 13.3” Screen is exactly the same. THIN I’ve never dropped it and in less than a month I’m having to replace it. They (Samsung) won’t acknowledge it’s a flaw and will charge at least $400 for the glass repair. Do yourself a favor and search the Reddit forum on the models.

I know Samsung has been hit or miss in the past. The screen didn't last 1month--half of it went black..this is with very delicate use at home. Out of 15d return..Stick to something like hp. these YouTube reviews are paid likely.

I brought receipt, box, and computer to best buy and the employees gave me a difficult time regarding the missing charger. I had to speak with the manager.
