The Samsung Galaxy Book3 is just an amazing compact size laptop/tablet. It is super simple to use just like any other laptop, but the design is what separates it from the rest. The touch screen makes it simple to use as a tablet with no need of the keyboard. The laptop is very thin and easy to handle. It does come with its own charger and cable. The charger is a fast charger as it should be expected with new technology, slow charging is a thing of the past. The battery life is great. The charger is all usb-c type charger/connector. The screen does completely fold over on itself, but an issue is not touching the keyboard keys when using it as a tablet. The sound/speakers that are built in are not great and sound quality is horrible, so best advice is use your own device. But overall, the build quality is good and helps get the job done. The picture quality is also good for a laptop. The main issues I had or did not like about this device is the sound quality and the fact that the keyboard can be an issue when using as a tablet. But all other things such as the build specs are great for my needs. It is a solid built laptop and may be great for a student or a professional.

Great laptop let me start with the highlight of the pros - way to many so I'll just cover the main ones 1. Battery life on this is really good outside of windows update I never had to plug it in during use. 2. The size - never thought I would use a 15 in+ 2 in 1 but the weight on overall size make it very useable - in the past I've had 13 and 14 in one and find this one more comfortable to use based on the weight 3. The screen - the brightent can clarify are outstanding with only a minor drawback being the reflectivity - in certain light can make it a bit difficult to see, but this can be shifted so it's not a major problem 4. processing power - is more than enough to cover most major business or personal activities - that being said it's not a gaming laptop or not sure I would want to do any heavy video editing but it had plenty of power to cover basic multitasking 5. If your in the Samsung echo system lots of great features that work with phone and tablets - was a little skeptical however outside of the pen cold find any issues with connects, use or transfers - have to say it's on par maybe slightly better than the fruit echo system that's the benchmark 6. Upgrade of SSD - warning I'm pretty sure this voids the warranty so take this at risk - once you remove the back, pretty easy just do a youtube search - there is already a open slot that you can add a 2nd SSD - no need to do a clone to get more storage 7. Great ports for a laptop - everything you need Now for the bad 1. You can't upgrade the RAM - it's soldered onto the mother board - also see note above on warranty. 2. Camera is not windows hello compatible - it does have a fingerprint button but facial recognition would have been nice 3. Screen note about reflectivity - not a major problem and probably belongs in the next section Now the nit-picky things 1. The touch pad is not in the center of the machine - it's offset based on having a number pad - cause a problem if you don't pay attention to your finger placement 2. The number pad enter key is not full size Overall this is a great laptop and I would recommend it if you in the market for a light weight 2 in 1

I am in love with the GalaxyBook3 360. This thing does everything I want and more. I have been stuck with a Surface 4 as my main laptop and have been looking for a replacement because I am not able to upgrade it to Windows 11. This laptop is perfect for me because it allows me to connect to my son in ways I never thought possible. I just got divorced and my son lives with the ex wife. He regularly needs help with his homework and with Quick Share he can send me files quickly and safely from his phone that I can then review, edit, and send back. When he is with me and nearby, I can literally type notes and send them directly to his phone with Multi-Control. I can upload pics or any file directly. It is pretty much instantaneous; quicker than bluetooth. With the 2-n-1 functionality, it has everything my Surface ever had and more. This thing is 10 million times better. It is an attractive laptop that starts up almost instantly. The aluminum case is sleek and feels great in the hands. The HD AMOLED touch screen is beautiful and crisp. The touch is responsive and accurate. No touching in one place and it reacting a half inch away. I had to buy the S Pen as one did not come with the laptop. Boo! I loved using One Note and my stylus with my Surface, but this is just better. I love how it can read my scratchy cursive, lol! The 512 gig SSD drive really delivers. Programs start in a snap. It has 16gb memory and an Intel Iris Xe GPU. You're not lighting the gaming world on fire with this rig, but it renders video nicely as it should. This is a great computer that packs a LOT of punch. I could not have asked for anything better. 5 stars.

Love this computer! I use it for work and hobbies. The 2 in 1 design is great when designing and drawing or just playing games. The picture quality is amazing. Only 2 things i dont like about it, the layout of the numerical side of the keyboard and it does not have enough usb ports. There are 3 c port s and 1 usb. Other than that, the charger is super fast and it holds a charge when closed for days.

This computer was everything I needed for the program that I'm enrolled in. While I don't use the touchscreen its nice to have. I really like the fingerprint reader as it makes login easy. I've only had to charge the battery once and its lasted me about a week, given I only use the computer for 2-3 hours per day

I was picky about the laptop as i havent tried a laptop from samsung . But i was completely wrong about it as they have made a master piece . The product has i high specs and has literally no lag while playing dota2.

I love my new samsung galaxy book 360.. its light weight. The touchscreen is nice. And has the 10key pad. Very happy with my purchase.

I would pick this laptop over anything that is on the market. Apple,HP,Dell,etc....

Great staff! I needed a laptop for school so I went to the Fayetteville store to ask about what would work best for me. I was showed around and tried out a ton of laptops. The associate was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and even answered the ones I didn’t ask! I felt great knowing that I bought a laptop that was right for me and my journey for college. I got set up with virus software and all the peripherals that I needed to be successful.
