Went from an HP laptop to this Samsung laptop, and it's great. As my old laptop was 6 years old, this is a great step up. Battery life is great, as well as the display and it's pretty light-weight. My only complaint is that you have to hit the Fn button to actually activate any of the upper F keys (like to control volume, etc).

This is a fantastic computer. I put together my first full length documentary and it worked flawlessly. It's quick and responsive. Touch screen is fantastic. I'm going to get my mom a similar computer without the touchscreen and dual flip. Got her a Dell with supposedly better specs and it's incredibly glitchy. Sending it back

Its fast and light weight, super slim. It got quite hot when first uodating but it doesnt get hot upon basic tasks. Great laptop. Beautiful screen, refresh rate could be higher. Overall definitely recommebd.

Nice Laptop, Fast, Quiet and Ultra Thin. The screen is clear and the colors are as you would expect from an AMOLED. Battery life is amazing too.

I like having the samsung eco system built in. Great screen colors and fast. I like the backlit keyboard as well and good battery life.

Light, fast, convenient and a typical perfect samsung screen. I wish it came in different case colors and they dont have covers for them.

Comparing the other laptops with similar price, the new Samsung Galaxy Book3 is the lightest and has the best color display. It works very fast. Perfect size for normal work and easy to carry around.

Lightweight and fast. Love the dual tablet feature and multiple desktop is helpful for the screen back and forth, specially with assignments using Excel. Meets all expectations so far.

Computer works well, and I love all the features on it such as the screen that can completely fold over to make it more like a big iPad and the touch screen. It’s fast and quite lightweight.

I’ve had this laptop for a year now and can say I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use, super fast and I couldn’t be happier. Way to go Samsung and Best Buy

My Samsung Galaxy Book is one of the best laptops I've ever owned. Super light, fast and compact. I've had problems with the graphics card on other laptops because I do graphic design, but I haven't had any problems with this Galaxy. Very satisfied.

I owned a galaxybook2 13 inch, It was the best purchased I made. When I saw there was a good deal for this new one and a little bigger, I did not hesitate to get it. If you want slim, powerful and fast device this is the way to go. Not to mention that you can fold to make it a tablet. The only drawback is it does not come with the pen. My galaxybook2 13inch came with it.

I have had this computer for around a month now. My last computer was an HP and I didn't think I would ever switch to another brand, but this Samsung is just as nice, a bit more slick, and a lot lighter! Which I think is what you really want in a lap top you carry around with you. I would highly recommend this computer for any needing a reliable laptop for school, or to manage your household computer needs. Or even for a small business. Only two downsides, that I don't really care about, yet anyway... The camera quality is not that great if you have to take a picture with your laptop. Which in all honesty, why would you need to right? I tried taking a picture of a document to upload it to my CPA, but it was to blurry to make out all the numbers. The other con that is a little more significant is that the speakers aren't that loud. So when you are on a call it can be challenging to hear others. & if you are in a louder environment you may not be able to hear well at all. Though in that situation I'd assume you'd have headphones on and it wouldn't be an issue. I'm just going to get some speakers to hook up to it. Problem solved.
