Screen Cracks Easily

Very fast. Reason for the 3 star rating is because the screen cracks very easily. I did not drop the computer. Just opened it one day and it cracked. Lots of reports online of this happening because of a design flaw.

Good product... However poor service from the stor

But again no one would wait on my son and take the time to do their job. Matt Miguel to the time even thou he wasn't responsible for making the sale at the time of purchase. He works at the East Brunswick NJ store. Apologized for the other employees behavior and made things right. Went the extra mile and gave us proper credit for yet another expensive product we purchased.
