It is the 1st time purchasing a Samsung laptop. It is very fast, images extra clear, and has many excellent features. Service at Best Buy was great. I am very pleased with the purchase. I also have the Geek Squad protection and to me that is so important.

From the start, moved my files over from my old laptop very quickly. Downloaded the new apps, and gave me instructions on how to use them. Very, very easy to use and love how fast apps open.

I love this computer. The battery life isnt amazing but thats a samsung thing ive come to realize, i think the super crisp/bright OLED screens drain the battery but its worth it. I definitely use my stylus that comes with the computer for hand written notes and navigation.

I'm a science illustrator and this machine was so amazing compared to competitor pen-sensitive high res touch screens. Most OLED touch screens have a terrible screen door effect making them useless for artist doing high resolution detailed art. But this one didn't! I ended up returning it for two reasons I don't think will bother everyone: 1- the non-beveled edge made me unconsciously hold my wrist awkwardly and I ended up getting wrist pain. 2 - the touchpad wasn't sensitive enough during click and drag operations so I wasn't able to accurately drag layers in Photoshop or change the size of an excel column for example. #2 is fixable with an external mouse, but I need this functional as stand alone portable laptop.

This laptop lasts me a while work day on a single charge and it has lots of storage space The fan noise is really quiet and the laptop doesn't overheat easily. I highly recommend.

The laptop is very light and portable, the screen is good and the graphite colour looks classic. The only downside i have notes is ports are few it only has 1 type one usb port. The other issue is the battery life long enough as advertised.

Great computer for what I was looking for. Very slim, fast and convenient. The salesman that helped me was spectacular and helped me find the right laptop for my needs!

I purchased this laptop on an Open Box "Excellent " grade. By Best Buy's definition, "Excellent " means the item has no blemishes and comes with ALL normally included accessories. I got my laptop and it has blemishes and also did not include the S Pen which is normally included. I contacted Best Buy through the chat feature and they said i needed to go into the store. I went to my local store in Valparaiso In and spoke to the Acting Store Manager, Shawn. Shawn agreed that Best Buy misgraded the laptop amd it should have been graded "Good" or "Fair" as it has blemishes and missing parts. I asked to simply provide me with an S Pen and he refused. Said it was a Corporate problem. He offered to refund the entire purchase. Problem is, the price went up since i purchased it, so if i wanted another, i would have to pay more than a new S Pen was worth. He also refused to credit me the difference of price for either the S Pen or the grading error. So I was stuck. So here i go again, back to Best Buy chat feature. They tell me that i need to go back to the store, another 30 min drive, where they would offer me a replacement on the full order. Problem is, they dont have any in stock. Bottom line: Best Buy will not just send me an S Pen, which they said was included and they wont make it roght, other than a refund. So if you buy Open Box, know that Best Buy doesnt really care what grade they give it and you have little choice in how it arrives. I gave it two stars, because the laptop works fine, its just the company that is not good.

Perfect for my business! Great screen. Great sound, fast, and so far no quirks. The battery does not last as long as it says though. I always keep my charger by my side

Other than lacking multiple USB ports for attaching multiple devices, this is almost a perfect laptop. The processor speed is fantastic. 1 TB SSD provides lots of fast read and right memory.

A really good computer. As an illustrator and Adobe user, I really love the touch screen and stylist. Everyone at Best Buy was super helpful in making sure I got the right computer for my needs.

Great performance and looks, the samsung apps are alright and the feels is smooth. The bad part is the material attracts fingerprint marks and it's not that easy to clean, also the screen reflect the light a lot.

The gentleman that attended to my purchase was very knowledgeable and very attentive to what I need. We needed a computer with good memory storage. He delivered on the product. We found that it was touch sensitive and that was great.

I like it, runs well not really sure why windows hello is blocked and amazon apps doesnt seem to download even after i followed the fixit steps they had.

Screen is big and vibrant and the pen works perfectly fine with the touch screen. the keys are soft and clicky and the big track pad is very helpful. Overall an amazing laptop
