Nice Samsung laptop

Good product... However poor service from the stor

But again no one would wait on my son and take the time to do their job. Matt Miguel to the time even thou he wasn't responsible for making the sale at the time of purchase. He works at the East Brunswick NJ store. Apologized for the other employees behavior and made things right. Went the extra mile and gave us proper credit for yet another expensive product we purchased.

Touchpad ruins everything

Although it has some good features, the very poor quality of the touchpad makes the using experience really bad. Its not sensitive, so its hard to really navigate the screen well, and very often the touchpad gets locked for no apparent reason. This was happening every 2-3 months, and now it happened, and I have been unable to fix it, so I had to buy an external mouse. If Samsung is able to improve (and the improvement needs to be massive) the touchpad, I think this computer has great potential
