Didn't chance to try it. Ordered Open Box, good condition. Got only the laptop and aftermarket charger, nothing else. Returned it, never took it out of the store. Bought GB4P and it's awesome.

So I buy this laptop on a open box excellent condition mailed to the house. Opened the box and it looked brand new. I was happy. Everything worked well until I did notice it was not charging properly I would have to unplug the charger cord and plug it back in a few times and it wuld start charging again. ok no big deal. I tried the other C port it never did workbut I thouht maybe it is just a data port and the C port next to the blue light was the charging port. So now it started to get progressivly worse and i started to thinkit was a defect in the wire becase I would lightly wiggle the wire and it seemed to work but that got slowly worse. Now I am thinking a bad C port and would start charging for a few minutes then stop. so I finally took it back to best buy they checked it out and everything worked perfectly of course. A few day later it started up again then a burn smell i unpulgged itreally concerned I waited about a hour and nothing. I brought it back in and now the mother board is no good. of course the warranty is gone but I did bring it in the first time on the last day of the warranty but still I babbied the laptop kept it clean and staid in the same spot bought a hard shell cover. Yea I got a lemon that someone returned and slipped thru the tec's hands not catching it.Now I got a laptop that well so much for thinking a had a great laptop. This isn't fair and best buy said it was insepected? I wish I wish I took that thing in the first sign of trouble. But as usual I thought it will be fine. And I was told basically to much to repair now. Well I can't affford another one so I guess I learned a 1500 dollar lesson.

Definitely not a laptop for video games. Graphics aren’t great. Good for use at school, or work! Screen is very delicate, check reviews online, and consider buying accidental damage coverage!

I have to say Im extremely disappointed and Im generally consider myself a Samsung fan. But sync issues between the touch pad and the cursor often renders the thing unusable. From randomly clicking and dragging things when Im trying to scroll, to just not responding at all. I first noticed it early on but its gotten far worse. Tragic.

Too many issues from the start, heats up too fast then fast makes alot of noises. Lots of delays with interface

Alright computer. Computer was damage and I missed the time frame to return it.

I bought an open box version, and there were too many things to correct, which took 2 days, on it after the Geek Squad transferred my info. I kept receiving the following message popping up, approximately every 15 - 30 seconds for the 2 days: "To charge your laptop faster use the correct power block!" That means the power block was either damaged or the incorrect one! I also did not like the fact that could not use "Windows Hello Face" on the Samsung Laptop.

I absolutely love this computer. I use multiple excel workbooks at once while entering data, play my podcasts and have some internet tabs open I need and it all works smoothly together and i love the feature where you can place your windows in different spots & see them all at once. Even with my terrible wifi the computer is great. Touch screen Windows Link with Phone All my apps work great ( Dropbox, Spotify, Pintrest, Microsoft) Speaker sound good Very slim & light Graphics are pretty and the colors are vibrant. Charger works AMAZING! Super fast and the battery lasts even when im using it for long periods. Reasons why I didn't give the last star. The Pen "holder" having a magnetic strip for the pen on the top of the laptop is nice but impractical. Im always hitting it off and there is no place to store it so you dont lose it. The key pad is smaller then I like. Its a huge learning curve from my old laptop. The keys are smaller There is a different pattern to the number key pad that throws me off too. It makes it feel cramped. Im not sure if its because its a new laptop but It does alot of updates and restarts. I had my old laptop for 8 years and It didnt require so many updates. They dont take to long but its been almost everytime I've used the laptop there is a system update of some sort. If i could give it a 4.5 I would but It doesnt let me on my phone. Love the laptop and I would recommend it and I would buy again.

Great is honestly the one word I can think of to describe this laptop. Personally, This would have it all if somehow Samsung was able to fit a dedicated GPU into one of their models but that is my one and only grip. I love the screen. The darks and brights are the best I have used personally so far on a laptop. Very well calibrated. The bezels are thin but not the thinnest i have seen on a laptop.. not a complaint more a note. The build quality is on par with the best of the competitors. It took me a while to get used to the keyboard due to how low profile and long the travel is. I wish their was a place to store the pen that came with this model. It is very nice to use but easy to lose so I do not take it with me. I love watching movies/youtube on this scree. Editing videos is very easy now with One UI and the pen. Very simple to transfer files over and edit. The processor is very fast and energy efficient. The laptop has not gotten HOT like older thin laptops I have used. The battery last forever and but I do not use the screen on max brightness. I think samsung hit a homerun with this product. I really do not have any complaints. Any thing I did note as a negative is not a deal breaker for me for what this laptop is. There is no reason to be on the fence for this product. If you are just pick it up. you wont regret it.

Screen cracks very easily. Not one you want to get if you need durable. Battery life isn’t very good
