Customers are saying
Customers love the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360's stunning screen quality, lightweight design, and long battery life. Many appreciate its strong performance and ease of use. However, some users found the trackpad size and potential for the device to become warm during use to be less than ideal. A few also expressed a desire for more RAM and a more robust graphics card.

Great all-around device.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop can do a bit of everything. I love the capability to essentially turn it into a tablet when needed. It does get a little warm and the fans have to work very hard when it's in tablet mode. The pen works very well with it. Great for drawing or taking notes. I was worried it would be a bit big, but it's about the right size. The battery life is a little lacking so make sure you have access to an outlet most of the time. The laptop actually performs better when its plugged in. Like most Samsung products, the display is as good as you can get when you use the right settings. This means you do have to sacrifice battery for screen quality, but I think it's worth it. I will be using it for school and haven't been able to fully test it yet, but it's been able to do everything I've wanted so far.

A feast for the eyes, ears, and fingertips...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This new Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 came at a great time. I've been considering a replacement for an older tablet/laptop convertible for a few months, and I'm glad I waited for the release of the Galaxy Book3 models. The overall look and finish of the 360 is grand. The initial charge didn't take very long, and when I opened the lid and started it, the screen is phenomenal, just like the Galaxy S23 Ultra. After a moment or two, the startup sounds came up and the Atmos was obvious. It sounds incredible. There weren't many updates at all, and only took about a minute or so to check, download, and install what it updated. The wireless recognized the WiFi6 right away and network speed was great. At this point, I set up the OS and logged into my Microsoft and Samsung accounts. There were a couple very small updates to the Samsung apps, and I set up the fingerprint on the power button. With regard to the Samsung updates, the apps didn't restart like most do, but it was a very minor inconvenience. The power button fingerprint ID setup seems like it didn't read my fingerprint as quickly as I would have thought, but now that it's set up, it works like a gem. Running it as a laptop, I don't discern any difference in speed or smoothness. In fact, streaming movies seem to be a little smoother. The Atmos sounds great. I haven't figured out how they've done it, but it really sounds great. The usual Office programs work nicely, and I'll be loading up AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite. I'm fully confident that this will handle all of that with no issues. As a tablet, it runs well. touch and tracking are quick and smooth. I didn't get stutter on complicated websites and when scrolling while a video played. If I needed another Windows laptop, I think the Galaxy Book3 series would be at the top of my list.

Great product, great screen, great value.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PC is fast, the screen is gorgeous and its thin and light. It is a bit of a finger magnet but that doesn't really bother me. It is more than capable of handling everything I have thrown at it. I've been a Mac user for a while and quite honestly, this was a hard decision but one I have yet to regret. I just couldn't bring myself to pay +$2,500 for the new MBP.

I love Samsungs Integration Especially SmartThings
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got my first Samsung product a few years ago, that being my smart phone. The next thing I got was their SmartThings hub that controlled my LED bulbs throughout the house. The next was my Smart TV. Samsung SmartThings allowed me to control that too with the app. The integration is flawless with every product and now with this laptop it allows me to monitor my SmartThings camera that I have placed in the house for security and to keep eyes on my pup while I'm away. It gives me alerts and records as soon as there's movement. My tablet and smart watch both are also Samsung. Having it all work so well. I'll stick with Samsung for all my electronics here on out. Now more specifically about this Galaxy Book 3 Pro, I'm used to screen sizes being odd numbers but unusually enough this is a 16 inch screen. It has a huuuge touch pad. Honestly the biggest I've ever seen. I do miss the older versions that physically had the left and right tabs for the mouse instead of being embedded in the touch screen. I also like the face that it has a full 10-key set up instead of just having them across the top of the keys like most. It really saves a lot of time when doing a lot of mathematics, finances, or accounting especially. I wish it had more USB ports but nowadays you can buy a multiport hub and just plug everything in to that and only need the one port. With most phone chargers having the ability to unplug from the power block and just use the Type C cord it is nice that this has 2 Type C ports on the side as well. I wouldn't consider it a great gaming laptop with only a 120hz refresh rate. One of the cool features it does have is fingerprint reader for security and it's also touch screen. All in all its a really nice 2 in 1 with bright vibrant screen with great color. It checked all of the boxes for my needs and would highly recommend to others

Good, but mousepad area is too large.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall this is a very good computer. The one big downside is the large mouse pad. For me, it makes the keyboard hard to use, as my wrists want to rest where the mousepad is, creating problems. The workaround is always to use it with a separate mouse.

laptop light and sturdy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great laptop. Light compared to the ultra-book but a bit heavier than the laptop pro. Great build quality. I have been waiting awhile for this metal build to be available on a Samsung laptop. The display is beautiful. the battery life is ok but could be better not as good as my original galaxybook laptop. seems good so far. Seems like the price should be a bit less for the pro360 but its not a lot compared to apple i guess. i would recommend it overall.

Nice Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super quick upon opening, easy to setup and get running. Everything is operating as expected with plenty of storage. The pen is a plus! Easy to sign documents with it. Overall a great laptop at a good price! The 10 key is a bit on the small side, but there are more pros than cons on this.
