So far its been great! , rven done some light gaming on it and Im definetly happy with my purchase. The only downside is battery life, not a big deal for me though because i use this more like a pc replacement so its stationed at my desk and a charge is always readily available.

I have to press the fn key to get the function keys to actually work, it stalls from time to time, and the battery kinda runs out fast( but that might be bc I use it a lot for college) but other than that it’s fine.

I didn't even notice the back lit keyboard, which is AWESOME! Overall you just can't beat the quality of this wonderful little machine for the price paid.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in this laptop! We purchased this for our daughter going off to college 8 hours away. Just a week in she tells us that it’s “tweeking”, turning on and off during Zoom’s, Pixilating, flashing, etc. She called Geek Squad and spoke with two different people, both which said they saw no issues with the software. I showed the videos to a local Best Buy Geek Squad member and he thinks it’s the display. Now she is going to have to take to Best Buy where she is and have it sent off and be without a computer for at least 2 weeks. Thankfully it’s under warranty, but this is disappointing for a brand new laptop and very inconvenient. We have had bad luck with Samsung washer/dryer as well, so should have stayed away.

After several hours of Microsoft updates, the laptop's hello-finger security will not show any activity. The biometric software can be seen in the control panel, but it would not recognize any finger.

Posted .Hi there GanB, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360. We understand wanting the convenience and quick unlocking of the fingerprint reader. While the device does come with the ability enabled, you do also have to set up your fingerprint with the reader similar to the way you do this on a cell phone. Our first step for troubleshooting would also be to remove your fingerprint loaded and then try again to load this data. The Samsung Support Team is also a great resource to help troubleshoot where this difficulty may be stemming from. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
Stay away from Samsung, sells DEFECTIVE units

A couple of months later, the screen spontaneously cracked without any impact. I sent it back to Samsung, and although they confirmed that they didn't find any signs of mechanical damage, they refused to repair it under the warranty. I had to pay 600$ to replace the screen. There are a lot of reviews describing similar issues. After that, I canceled my Samsung S90C 77" order, got an LG C3 instead, and returned the Galaxy S24. NEVER buying another samsung product !!!
