Slim, fast and great sync with other devices. Great laptop.

Bought this laptop to replace my 12 year old laptop that had Windows 10 and couldn’t be upgraded. The new laptop starts much quicker and is lighter in weight than the old one. So far so good.

I love my laptop. It is so user friendly and holds a great charge.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 has been excellent for multitasking between work and school. I particularly appreciate its integration with the Samsung ecosystem—features like Multi Control and Quick Share make switching between devices effortless. I have it paired with both my Samsung tablet and phone, and the connectivity is a huge convenience. Battery life is outstanding, easily lasting a full workday on a single charge. Overall, I’m very impressed with its performance and would highly recommend it!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this laptop. I really appreciate the features it has as well as the anti-glare screen. My only con if I had to mention one is the battery seems to deplete pretty fast, although I do respect that the screen brightness can cause the battery to wear down faster. On the other foot of this, the laptop does charge quicker than my old one did. I loved the ease of adding my devices and swapping old files over. I recommend this laptop to anyone using it for light business and general internet usage.

This laptop has been exactly what I need at work and at home. The battery life tends to be a little less than I desire - about 3 hours. The charging cord only connects to one side making it a bit awkward at times. Other than that, the laptop works great and feels quick and smooth allowing me to get work done away from the office which has been great.

I love this laptop. I originally bought it to play Sims and another game, the games run good with little issues. Only Sims 4 struggles a bit but to be fair, I have A LOT of mods. I recently started using it for work though and it works great. The only issue I have is the battery life. It could be better

Easy to use and sleek finish. Love it. Easy to setup.

Went to several big box stores some of them electronics stores but we did not find a computer with the features we wanted that we liked until we came to Best Buy. This purchase was for our grandson so we were looking for a sleek, light weight, powerful lots of memory and priced right.

Picked this beautiful machine in the store, ready to go. Very happy not having to wait for delivery and getting up and running very quickly, with a simple out-the-door purchase. The brick-and-mortar stores are so convenient, we never want an online only commerce world.

This is a great option on a budget. Yes there are cheaper options, but the build quality and performance are amazing for the price.

I am loving this laptop so far! It is much faster than my old hp that finally shut down on me. I really like the touch ID to get into the computer. The display is nothing special. It is good but I wouldn’t use it if you are looking for super high resolution and great graphics I don’t think this is the computer for you. I am using the computer for PA school and it is working great. I will also watch shows and videos on it and it does well. Overall I am a huge fan of the computer for doing basic tasks and running basic programs!

I’ve had this laptop for almost 2 years and it’s still going strong. Love that it syncs with my phone for ease of transferring files. Best laptop I’ve owned.

Love the no hassle buy with BB the help is the greatest. I love this computer it is fast. It has a lighted key board that is easy to use. The set up is fast and seamless. I prefer Intel over AMD. I like the 16GB or the 8GM. It's perfect for Seniors or anyone. I went from a Dell 17 screen to 15 1/2 Do not regret it. Look for BB sells every week. I bought on sale. They won't do you wrong.

This the best well rounded laptop in the market for the price. The specs are exactly all you need for personal and business use and the design is excellent as well. Very satisfied.

I absolutely love this laptop. I originally got the HP and within a month I had to take it back for issue. I ended uo returning it and getting the Samsung, and I have never been happier with a computer.

I was so exited about finally getting a new laptop. I was replacing an older Samsung, I finally bit the bullet and just bought the new one when the software I needed to use wouldn't work because it was a little behind the time. The new one has everything I was expecting and it so easy to get started. I took me less than hour to get things moved onto the new machine and when I was done, all of my Microsoft 365 tools were there and I could access all of my files in the cloud. The few questions i've had were very to find answers for.
