I've had this laptop for 10 months now and it performs very well. I'm actually going to buy another as a Christmas present for my grandson to take to college in January. Great value for the price.

Went to several big box stores some of them electronics stores but we did not find a computer with the features we wanted that we liked until we came to Best Buy. This purchase was for our grandson so we were looking for a sleek, light weight, powerful lots of memory and priced right.

Works ok. I think the battery life goes down fast. Was supposed to be compatible to what we had but this one is NOT a touch screen. I do like the matte screen though.

I needed a laptop fast, this did the job, and I don’t regret it

This laptop has been exactly what I need at work and at home. The battery life tends to be a little less than I desire - about 3 hours. The charging cord only connects to one side making it a bit awkward at times. Other than that, the laptop works great and feels quick and smooth allowing me to get work done away from the office which has been great.

This laptop is definitely a step up from my old one. The sole reason I'm not giving 5 Stars is I have yet to try to fully use its potential. I also bought this when Best Buy had an an incredible discount when I was "window shopping."

Great laptop for a great price. Would recommend to anyone looning to play some small games, do some work, and use for standard browsing

Easy to set up. Using it with separate monitor and keyboard, but it’s own keyboard & monitor are very good.

Picked this beautiful machine in the store, ready to go. Very happy not having to wait for delivery and getting up and running very quickly, with a simple out-the-door purchase. The brick-and-mortar stores are so convenient, we never want an online only commerce world.

Exactly what my wife was looking for: fast, easy to navigate, and quiet.

This laptop is sleek, light, and very functional. I used it towards the end of graduate program for classes, school work, and recording videos. The camera is not great though

Great laptop for the money. Using it now to write this. Perfect for my home laptop. Display is good, backlit keyboard and having a number pad on it is perfect. Only thing i wish is that it had an internal 1g ssd vs the 512 but it does have a memory slot so i added a micro 512.

[Employee of bestbuy] I love the keyboard set up on this laptop. It's similiar to the dell or microsoft. I personally don't like when the letters and keys are huge.the numeric keyboard was awesome to have as well. When it came in I didn't realize the display was that of the non-touch screen so instead of your bright almost phone-like screen that you get on the 2 in 1 laptops (laptops that fold into tablet mode and are touch screen), so I was a bit disappointed but that was my fault for not paying much attention to the pictures. When I turned the laptop on it was pretty loud. Hubby reminded me that it was due to being turned on and booting everything up. After a couple of times it was still loud and got hot after 30-40 mins. Like i said, it's possible I got a defective product or it could be due to it being only the base model as well. I've heard that the 360 model and ultra model run amazingly! In my opinion, if you're going to get a samsung book don't get the base model (book4) get the 360 or the ultra model. You get what you pay for. While yes, they are much more expensive you are also paying for better display and a flawless experience.

Bought this laptop to replace my 12 year old laptop that had Windows 10 and couldn’t be upgraded. The new laptop starts much quicker and is lighter in weight than the old one. So far so good.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Book 4! The 15.6" screen is great! It is lightweight, fast and easy to use!
